      Company advertises ways to make $1k a day. They provide tools and resources but fail to support their paying customers. They claim they have no re-fund policy once you access the program. But when you run into issues and ask for help. You are simply ignored or directed towards a support system which refuses to help and bounces you back to the face book group for help. Either method, doesn't work.The lack of responses and assistance is the most frustrating part of the program. They ask questions but never assist with helping resolve the problem. ***** just laughs when you ask them to stop spamming members when the already purchased a particular product.

      Late April i inquired about a extra income with commission hero, may 4 i has my appointment i was on a field trip with grandson when they call so i advised the lady i really didnt want to sign up without fully understanding. She told me it was a promotion going on and i do not want to miss it for me to sign up and when i have my initial call to get started i can decide if i want to sign up than, i have reach out to them from may to now to get that call to cancel no one want call me, i ask questions in fb they block me , someone active my plan with out me being on a call as i promise so i wont get refunded. I never sign in and i wont because i was told told the program was ****** but i got charged ***** no one wont talk to me about at this point they are taking advantage of people scamming them of their hard earn money and when you ask questions they block you. Please everyone do not sign up for this course its a scam and i will go farther to get my **** back ..

      Date of transaction 7/5/2023, Amount of money paid to business $297 What business committed to provide me: Made for you ******** Ads What the nature of the dispute is: I purchased a ******** Ad program on 7/2/2023 and I thought that was it. I got a message after the purchase that I read on 7/5/2023 that offered another service as I was clicking through the screens there was no price once I saw the price I stopped clicking and I could not go back on the screens. It said if you logged off you would delete the information and in order to continue with the sale to continue clicking on. I immediately logged off because I did not want the additional service. I had already paid $997 for the first program, I did not want to pay for anything else. I checked my bank account and see I was still charged even though I did not continue with the sale. This $297 is ongoing and I did not and DO NOT want it. I called the customer service number and didn't get an answer. I emailed them right away and I was told that their policy is they cannot give a refund. I said again that I wanted a refund. They said they could not refund it but they could only cancel it. I said that that was not fair because I did not even use the service and I should have not been charged. Then I was told that ***** the owner really wanted me to stay so he gave me some bonus that I needed to go check out on their site. I want my $297 back that was taken and now I want my $997. I have not used either online program and I don't want to have anything to do with this company. This total of $1,294 is a lot of money for me. Please help me get it back. I have requested a refund and they are not giving it back to me. I saw some bad reviews for this company but I wanted to give them a chance and now I regret it.

      We have been in communication with this member. The subscription referred to was cancelled at the members request. Due to the digital nature of Commission Hero products, refunds are not granted which is clearly defined in the Terms and Conditions agreed to prior to completing a purchase.

      Good Morning, We signed a contract on September 28 2022 to have the first Private Coaching Call on October 6, 2022.Cost of a Private Coaching Call was: $10,000.00 Additional on Traffic: $5,000.00 The Coach will provide the Client with the following Services: Strategy/Private Coaching 1. Analysis of current campaign advertising and then a development of a new modified strategy that is designed for optimal results. 2. If warranted, we will provide consultation on the sales conversion process selected to help optimize results on the back end. 3. Work to optimize and scale campaigns. 4. Teach the Commission Hero strategies and methods used to advertise.The program extended to much for issue with my coach, I reach out to the person in charge at least 3 times with no solution and now they said there's nothing to do because I already finish my course.The program said that I would learn to scale, and I NEVER LEARN to scale because I didnt have sales. I do not want my money back, and I know I cannot have my program start, but at least I want to learn to scale with a different coach and to finish the program properly because we stopped for the passing of my father, but my coach haven't contact me anymore.

      The business has not contacted me with any resolution since their prior response that said there's nothing to do because my course was "over".

      I only wish to have one or two private calls with a different coach since my designated coach most of the time didn't know what to do, and that was what I was asking since the beginning of my program, another set of eyes or another coach and the person in charge (*************************) didn't support me more than two times that I reach out at her for support.
      The last time I talked to my coach was when I told him that I needed some time for my dad passed away, back on May 10th and until now, I haven't heard from him, I don't have a coaching calls recorder ( he only sent me a few in a three month coaching program) no final details, guidance or material, or even a goodbye, where done. 
      The program was too expensive to end so poorly and unprofessional.

      Signed up online on June 22, 2023 for $997.Evaluated the program on June 27 to try and get started.Right away I noticed that it was going to take much more than the 2-3 hours per week the program boasts about. Also they don't mention that I have to subscribe to several 3rd party applications at additional costs. They also enrolled me in their "inner circle" program without my knowledge and charged me another $297 which is going to recur monthly. Anyway, I contacted them to cancel and get a refund, but they refuse to refund me.

I clicked the first acceptance but I did not click the 2nd one they say I did. That is a lie. How can you charge someone based on a click? Maybe the mouse was a 1/4" off the target? I don't know. But I do know this is wrong.  I wanted out as soon as I saw they were misleading and their website was completely outdated and their representation of things I was supposed to do on third party sites did not match what they were showing me. Most business contracts have a 3 business day grace ****** where I can change my mind. They are not honoring that. This business should be shut down. You can research this company and you will find many other people have been cheated for far more money than myself. Please do not allow them to operate and destroy other people's lives. This is your job!

      The business is engaged in false advertising. They claim their methods only require 2-3 hours per week. Their tutorials do not match what they are asking me to do, in fact they sent me to clickbank and I was offered a nearly identical program for only $47 called Spark. There also was no "cool off" period which most business contracts require. They allow a person to change their minds. How do I even know what I am paying for until I see it? They have provided proof that I accessed their site which is true, but only to find out that I did not want to participate. They have not provided any proof of accessing their inner coaching site which they charged me $297 for. I have never logged into that site at all. There has been no argument that I owe them for that so they should refund that $297 as well as the $997. Also see *****************************************************************

      On Monday March 27th 2023 I attended a Webinar for a Project Platinum course created by ***** Blanchard. During this presentation I was hesitant but curious about the product. ***** in the webinar stated that there was a Paypal option and that if funds for the course were an issue that it might be an option to use paypal credit. Out of curiosity, I went on to paypal to see if I would qualify for the credit as I was unsure if there was even the possibility of purchasing the program. I was approved for the needed credit amount, However I still was not convinced on the product, being that I linked to paypal using the site that was from the purchase page of the webinar I clicked a button that said something in regards to "review purchase" thinking that this would take me back to the payment page and that I would have the option there to complete the order should I have wanted to. I clicked the link unknowingly confirming the purchase due to my lack of understanding with the paypal system. I was able to get in contact with a support member and explained my situation stating that the purchase was made in error and was not meant to be. However I did want more information. I was given more information and decided against the program. I reached out to support stating that I would like a refund for the course as I had not accessed any course material or the program (This was a stipulation of the refund). I received an email back stating that I had in fact accessed the program; this is a false statement. The proof that the representative had used was a screen shot of my email with a date attached to this saying that there was an account "created". I am uncertain if this is because there was an automated system that created the account with the purchase or something else, However I specifically did NOT access the program or even log in to the course for the reason of refunding. I explained this via email and was told that I still did not qualify for a refund based on this.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint further than the attached email correspondence that I have sent in my original complaint. I am working with ****** to dispute this as a fraudulent transaction as well.

      Purchased commission hero training and the Commission Hero 2.0, Image pack, Platinum DFY pack, and Inner Circle's on jan 8th at night not even 12 hours later after a quick review of a small potion of the material they sold me on something that was not promised in the marketing video. They now tell me i cant cancel and no refund is allowed. I had originally clicked to have my credit card charged for the purchase only to find that they got hold of my bank account information through paypal and charged a portion of the training to my bank account putting me in negative balance of over *******. I have contacted them, paypal and digistore twice a day for the last 5 days, i even DM'd the owner ***** through instagram twice with no response. I just keep getting the same generic customer service response that there are no cancellations or refunds. Both ******* and ************* where they cinduct their business have 3 day cooling off period and i cancelled well within that thresold.

      I agreed verbally to obtain the company service, did a loan application to finance the service. Within 24 hours I turned around and declined the service. I Notified the Vendor and Lender. The vendor kept asking me to sign the e documents to schedule the service, and I repedtly said I didnt want it. Just to cancel everything.       I have not heard a satisfactory response the business in response to my complaint. The vendor responded its n on refund. I need help from BBB. THERE SHOULD be always a cool down period in any business and I called it off within 24 hrs.
