On July 14th I dropped off my car for some performance/ tune work. On July 18th I picked the car up after owner stated car was done. I then contacted the owner via phone to inform him that I had some concerns about car not running right. He never answered or returned my calls so I then emailed him multiple times requesting for a call back so I can better explain what the car was doing. Email was the only way we would communicate as he declined to talk via phone. He stated that email was the only form of communication.I told him I can't explain what the car was doing through email or text; a call would be just fine but never got it. I paid $500 for a tune and the car didn't run right after leaving his shop. He said I had to wait almost a month to bring the car back and as a paying customer I dont think I should wait that long when he just did the work on my car. I asked for a refund on the money I paid for the work that I was not happy with he said no refund. He responded that I can take it somewhere else. So I did and now its running GREAT so I again asked for a refund and he has yet respond to my emails nor calls.Initial Complaint

Ordered an item from Sp tuning website. Paid extra for shipping to habe the item faster. Company never shipped order then when I tried to contact someone 5 days later they were rude and completely out if control. He told me that he had to special order items to fulfill my order that was listed on his website. He refunded me minus a restocking fee because he had to special order items to fulfil my oreder from his pwn website. When nothing states special order! I didn't know it was legal to sell things that you don't have in stock without listening the items as special order... this companies website is full if misinformation and false information. I just ordered another item from their website 2 days ago. No communication as usual and I paid for expitited shipping. This is illegal behavior and taking advantage of individuals with dishonesty and 0 communication. I will be filing a complaint with the fcc as well. This company has been allowed to conduct business under false pretenses over a vast number of years with 0 oversight.
