            Freddy Roman said he would be able to restore a bow window. He removed the window in September of 2019. He quoted me a price of $3000.00. I gave him a $1500 deposit, along with approximately $900.00 for labor. I was told I would have the restored window in 6 months. It has been 27 months, and I still do not have the entire window. I have been trying to get the windows reinstalled since August of 2020. He is a no show, nor does he communicate, unless I text him for the window.Freddy did reinstall the 2 side windows in June of 2021, stating I would have the middle piece by July 4th of 2021. He has had numerous excuses and I have requested that he returned my original window back to me. He stated I would have on December 6th, 2021. I still do not have new or original window.

            It is rare that I am compelled to provide a review online but in this case, I feel that it is more of a public service that has to be done for the good of others! DO NOT EVER HIRE this person. I am currently 12+ months into a project with him that was supposed to take 2. His lack of professionalism is tangible in everything he does from not answering emails/phone calls to his arrogance when he does finally respond. To make matters worse he is not good at what he does. The work he did for me was sloppy, poorly executed, and in some cases just plain wrong. I have had to hire an actual craftsman to fix everything that WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY. If I could have rated him zero or negative I would have.
