On April 6, 2022, I signed a contract with Concord Tree and Landscaping for a planting project. They were to deliver plants and plant them according to a pre-existing design I had. Through a number of errors made by the company, the planting did not occur until July 2022. I expressed concern with plant survival as there was a long standing drought at that time, but my concerns were ignored. Some of the plants originally included in the estimate could not be sourced at that time, and the cost for them was removed from the final payment due, although they at first attempted to collect payment for those plants without delivery. *************************** and *********************** were my primary contacts through this process. At first, I was promised that they residual plants would be acquired in September, but they failed to follow up on this promise. I have an email documenting this. As part of the original contract, there is a 1 year plant warranty asserting that any plants that fail to survive to the following year will be replaced at no additional charge. On June 25th, 2023 I contacted ***** and ******* with an inventory for plants that failed to survive. On June 26th, ***** replied stating that the plants should be planted in September since he did not expect them to survive if planted during the summer. Since that time, I emailed on September 14th and October 5th inquiring regarding replacing the plants and I have been completely ignored. They have violated their contract with me. I want my money for those plants back.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
My complaint remains unresolved.
