I have a gift card to the ******** mass location and a gift card to the ****** mass location. ******** closed abruptly and I would like to redeem my gift card in ******. my husband and I have an appointment on Saturday and we would like to redeem both gift cards at this time in ******. There is nothing Woburn can do on their end because gift cards are Studio specific so they suggested I get a hold of corporate and get the gift card reissued so they could honor it there. I have been reaching out since May 24 via email but I cannot get a phone number and nobody is answering my email and I even tried ********* but nobody will answer me there eitherBusiness response

My name is ******************************* of Elements Massage in ACTON at ************** (formerly **************). Harmony ***** ************** LLC DBA Elements Massage Acton.
The Elements franchises are separately owned and operated locations. Gift Cards are specific to franchise location. This complaint is about another store, located in ******** at **************************************************** ************** LLC DBA Elements Massage *********
I am requesting this be dismissed as it does not pertain to our company Harmony ***** ************** LLC DBA Elements Massage Acton on Great Road.

hello I submitted my complaint about the westford location, not the acton location that you sent this to. Acton has nothing to do with this, thus my issue is not resolved. Westford shut down and I cannot redeem a gift card. There is no one to contact from corporate to rectify this, the only contact info available is for other locations, none of whom are willing/able to help me.

As stated in my previous response, the customer complaint on the ******************** is filed against Elements Acton but in the client's complaint they are clearly stating that it is actually against Elements WESTFORD. As all studios are individually owned and operated, the client does have the ability to contact the Elements Franchise directly that governs all Elements.

I am not accusing acton of anything, this has nothing to do with them. There is absolutely no way to get in touch with Westford, I would like to get in touch with corporate to get reimbursed for the Westford gift card. Why is this so difficult to understand?
