              Stylist did not cut hair according to clearly laid out instructions in consultation. I have been trying to get a refund and they will only give me a gift card to a business I do not feel comfortable using again. I also have been very sick since the incident because I had to leave the salon with a wet back on a cold night. I just want my money refunded to my original method of payment.

              I came in for Manicure that was scheduled couple hours earlier. Came here first time, and was looking forward to make future appointments for hair color and haircut. I was 10 minutes late for the manicure running out of the office in between the meetings. Upon arrival I was told that there is not enough time for gel manicure only regular manicure can be done. I agreed. Later after TWO nails were covered with one layer of nail polish I asked if I could change the color and was told that there is not time for that and have to finish what I picked or wait for an hour. I agreed to finish what was started butnext minute manager announced that there is no longer time for that as well because next customer already arrived and I have to wait one hour until they finish that customer. When I complained and asked to finish the job that was started, I was told by the owner that they have to work for living and cant accommodate anyone coming 10 minutes late. That as extremely rude. I have to work for living as well! As I asked to return me the money I was told to never come back to the salon ever again.That is highly unprofessional behavior.Avoid this salon!
