I came in for Manicure that was scheduled couple hours earlier. Came here first time, and was looking forward to make future appointments for hair color and haircut. I was 10 minutes late for the manicure running out of the office in between the meetings. Upon arrival I was told that there is not enough time for gel manicure only regular manicure can be done. I agreed. Later after TWO nails were covered with one layer of nail polish I asked if I could change the color and was told that there is not time for that and have to finish what I picked or wait for an hour. I agreed to finish what was started butnext minute manager announced that there is no longer time for that as well because next customer already arrived and I have to wait one hour until they finish that customer. When I complained and asked to finish the job that was started, I was told by the owner that they have to work for living and cant accommodate anyone coming 10 minutes late. That as extremely rude. I have to work for living as well! As I asked to return me the money I was told to never come back to the salon ever again.That is highly unprofessional behavior.Avoid this salon!Review from G. A.

I scheduled an appointment for my mother because Dellaria was having a special on their website for new customers. They had scheduled her over the phone and asked if she cared who she was scheduled with. Not knowing the stylists there, they scheduled her with who they had available. I called back to make sure the special was still going on and confirmed the lower price with them. When she went in for her appointment and paid at the end, the total came to almost $100 more than the special price. When I asked why, they said that she was scheduled with a "senior stylist" who was not a part of the special pricing. I had asked for a refund of the difference since we were misquoted and would not have scheduled the appointment if we had known it would be so much. The manager said she would "look into it" and give me a call back. After a little over a week, I had to call back to check in and she said she wouldn't refund my mother. There are more reviews like this of the company misquoting people and expecting them to pay more than they can afford. This is not okay. Do not go to this salon.

Please give us your full names, service date, and salon location you visited -- because as it stands right now your review is fraudulent.Please beware, Dellaria Salons does pursue legal action with those hiding behind fake names and misleading reviews, trying to discredit Dellaria Salons 60+yrs service business and reputation.Customer Response

This is not a misleading review. I would be happy to provide my mother's name on a non- public forum. The salon was in ******, **. I spoke with the manager a few times before writing this review to give her a chance to refund ** just the difference in price, but she refused.
