DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION, THE DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE REGARDLESS OF THE NOTICE AND REASONS FOR CANCELLATION.
DEPOSIT FOR LAST MINUTE MOVES (booked within less than 48 hours from the move day) ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
The deposit will go towards the final bill as an amount prepaid and it still applies if you need to change the date, as long as we still have availability for the new desired date.RESCHEDULE POLICY
Reschedule is FREE up to 24 hours before the move date.
All reschedules within less than 24 hours before the move date will be charged a $69 rescheduling fee.
