    On 4/5/2022, I asked *********************** of Busy Bee Landscaping to mow for me every 2 weeks from mid-April through early October for $60/hour. However, he came every single week and kept sending us invoices for that and charged us $55 instead of $60/hour. When I pointed out the errors, he never responded to my multiple calls (his message box was always full) and text messages. When his co-workers came to mow, I pointed out the billing errors and they promised to relay my message to *****. These co-workers told me each time they came how terrible ***** is with getting back to customers and his own co-workers. Finally, in a text message from 6/23/2021, ***** apologized for the billing error and promised to correct it, but failed to do that. In the meantime, his co-worker **** accidentally broke our glass door while we were at home (I have photos). I came out and spoke with **** and ****. **** indicated that he texted ***** to let him know about the accident and asked me to send an invoice for the repair. On 8/3/2022, ***** sent a text apologizing for the shattered glass and asking for the invoice, which I immediately sent. On 12/15/2022, ***** sent another incorrect invoice, failing to acknowledge the repair he promised to reimburse us for and charging us for mowing 8/19-10/28/2022 (instead of early October)! He almost never responds to my texts and repeatedly ignores my request for a corrected bill, which is why I am lodging this complaint. The last time ***** responded was 8/10/2022. I have never met him, but his coworkers are very nice and do a great job. However, because of ******* repeated billing errors and very poor communication, I never want to patronize his company again. Dealing with ***** is one big headache. I respectfully ask that he send us a corrected invoice. We already paid through 8/23 and should not be billed for 10/14 or 10/28. Thus, we owe him for 3 more mows @$60/mow plus the $4 I underpaid in my last check=$184 (NOT $330).
