I used **** in the past for a job so I decided to call them for 2 minor things around the house. I needed a faucet tightened and a punching bag installed in the basement for my son. I explained the work in detailed by email and they showed up as agreed. They tightened the faucet in 15-20min but when it came to punching bag, they said they did not have all the equipment and material to do it. So, they charged me for the first hour and we scheduled another time for the punching bag. They installed the bag in 1:45 hrs and charged for a total of 3 hrs for about 2 hrs of work. After couple of punches, bag came down due to bolt being loose. I called **** and he said it is the fault of the hardware provided and he will charge me extra to come and fix it. After disagreeing with him, he said he will come to tighten it but he won't do anything else and he is not a punching bag expert. I found his pushing bag and wording very unprofessional. I reminded him that they told us they could bring different bolts first time around when they showed up to make it stronger but he disregarded and he said if I want anything extra, I would need to pay for more. I would not trust them again with my business. I would recommend you to go look somewhere else. After all, how can you trust a person, who does not back up his work and blame the nuts and bolts for poor workmanship.

Was referred by ****'s List and tho their price was high, time was short and House Doctors said they could do multiple jobs quickly and well. Having read a positive review, I contacted them and ******************* came out to quote me a price. Unfortunately, ***** didn't do the work himself but sent a team of workers, one of whom refused to replace the roof flashing and only caulked my flat roof, saying ***** didn't have the experience he did and caulking would be cheaper and as effective.... the bill was not adjusted down for caulking. Because caulking took less time, the crew left early that day saying they'd be back to erect the shed on the pavers I'd purchased from ***** the next day. *******, showed up alone the next horrendously hot (100F) morning and we talked; I told him that my neighbor, who's an illegal alien, was pulling down the chain link fence between our property using MY driveway and that I was erecting a shed on the advice of the police to keep him from using my driveway.. I wanted the shed erected with the doors facing the driveway. *******, continued to vape nicotine, during this and added, he was from a military family and he knew how to get rid of illegal aliens. Morning goes on, he's vaping, not drinking/eating, kicking the pavers that aren't fitting where he wants them to... likely dehydrated, says he should've never taken this job, he needed sand when his coworker showed up. ****** had just ruled on ********, I asked if they'd heard. ******* growls that he's a Trumper before his tirade. They both take off in trucks to find sand, tell me not to leave because I needed to pay for the shed that would be installed that day.. By 5pm, they hadn't returned. I called HD, no answer so I left a message. Heard back from secretary 4 days later who didn't know what happened... Finally ***** emailed me. Many different workers showed up before the shed was up, doors facing the wrong way (necessitating a ramp) now on pavers with a base that's eroding. Beware.

After trying multiple contractors handyman and carpentry no one responds however I remembered I had hired them for a front door in the past so I called them to do my project they responded quickly and the work was absolutely perfect from now on I will hire them again for other projects in the future and I would recommend others to hire them also
