On April 16, 2024 I called because I was a few weeks late on my March 2024 payment, told the representative I was going through a financial hardship because I still didn't have a job but I'm trying to make the payment. Rep said I could do $200 for 3 months, still owing the original amount, adding an extra month to the original payment plan to make up for it the lowered 3 months. Agreed this would be helpful to me. A few days later I received a letter confirming my new payment plan to pay $200 on April 29th, 2024 - June 29th 2024, then basically going back to almost the normal original payment plan with the same original total, added an extra month. I made the $200 payment April 29th. May 3rd 2024 I called because I received another letter saying they sent the new payment plan to the court and that since they filed that I have to pay an extra $324.63. This extra fee was never previously mentioned with the new payment plan. Why would I call going through a financial hardship to lower the payments for just 3 months, still paying the original balance, just to get an extra $324.63 added to my total? You already tacked on originally over $300 in court filing before the original payment plan was set up, but now you filed a 2nd time even though I've been making the payments. I called May 3rd 2024 asking to talk to someone about the letter I received with this new $324.63 in court filing / service fee added on. All of the reps said they couldn't help me, told me I'd have to ask for legal advice from their attorney. The 3rd representative I spoke with said all of the attorneys were busy. I asked to receive a call back. She said she'd send it over, but her advice was to get my own attorney to ask them questions about the letter because she said she didn't know if their attorneys would get back with me within 7 days. They have not reached back out to me in over 3 weeks. I need this resolved because I did not consent to this 2nd $324.63 in court filing/service fee.

I had an outstanding credit card debt that went to collections. Due to medical issues it was quite awhile before I got the chance to contact them. When I did I spoke with an amazing lady (***************-sp?) who was kind, compassionate and worked with me to get a settlement even though it was scheduled for court. They listen to you and are willing to work within what you can do to get the debt repaid. I had no trouble dealing with anyone I spoke with and, Lord forbid, I have this happen again I would hope any debt collector would treat me as well as this company did. The most important thing was no one made me feel awful or treated me with any sort of disrespect. I appreciate all they did for me in getting this matter taken care of so that I could focus on getting my health back to normal without any extra stress. Very professional and wonderful company to deal with.

This law office is horrible. My bank account was levied because someone in their office flagged my account as a no contact. Why would I tell you to not to contact me if I agreed to a previous repayment schedule and only had one payment left. Everyone associate with the law office and contact center are rude and lack empathy. I pray I never have to work with them again.

So, interestingly enough these people "served" me. Every attempt of communication I have made has been one rude person after the other excluding ONE call. One women shamed me for the debt and told me to bring any questions I have to the credit bureau which did not answer any of my questions and she constantly cut me off as I asked can I ask my question? Her name is ******************* i believe, nasty worker to have. She threatened me with court fees and "daily interest" on the already over applied interest debt if i didnt take the settlement offer they were suggesting. Second rude call of accepting the offer they tell me to call the attorny to ask if my pre hearing trial still needed to take place, I called the women who answered was just so nasty, I simply asked for the gentleman i was told to previously to ask for and she said blankly "He's unavailable" to which I didnt know what to say so I asked "well if we agreed on a payment arrangment how am I to move forward for the hearing" the reason I even agree is because i can't afford to miss work and if I shared all this information for them to take money from me they should be aware of a question as simple as this for a "Debt collecter" who threaten to **** She's just says "you need to call the courts. we dont handle that here" So what do you do ? obviously not take calls professionally. When i go to court just to be safe I will be asking the judge if it is legal what these people have been doing with the shaming and insinuating threats of additonal fees I'd be responsible for from a pre trial hearing.

Really not sure what this law firm is up to or what their intentions really are. I received a summons for debt collection with an included email and phone number on the summons. I immediately reached out via email and phone and couldnt get anyone to answer me. I offered to pay the debt in full, no questions asked, if this could be settled out of court. I have a newborn at home and a one income household and made it clear I would rather pay the full debt instead of rack up additional fees. No answer. I sat on hold multiple times and couldnt get through to a live person. Ive now emailed multiple times as well. *** made it clear in my emails that even a reply telling me yes or no would be helpful, but they cant even bother to do that. Im not sure why they even bother including contact information if theyre going to refuse to respond. Theyre also trying to include my husband on the settlement aka *************** according to them and thats apparently not legal according to information I received, because in the state Im in, since the debt was incurred before we were married, they apparently cant even come after him. So, Im not sure what kind of scare tactic or game theyre trying to play, but youd think theyd just want their money, which *** offered to them in writing multiple times now. Im trying to make things right and pay the full amount and they cant even bother responding. Very poorly run company, even for a debt collection law firm, which Ive dealt with another in the past that let me just pay the full amount and drop the lawsuit because it also saved them time as well. Very shady overall. If they ever decide to respond to me, I will change my review accordingly, but until then, all theyre doing is continuing to be shady and questionable at best.

Very dismissive and unhelpful on the phone. Do not care about the customer. I called asking for help figuring out a garnishment taken out of my account and they have zero compassion and minimal motivation for helping. They refused to talk with me on the matter stating my debt consolidator must speak with them directly. Even though I was told the opposite from the consolidator. I was interrupted with No when trying to explain my situation. So I said thank you, goodbye.

This law firm/debt collector use unethical practices that violate laws. They lie to judges in ex parte hearings! The lawyers that work with this firm should all be disbarred! They make settlement offers and throw them in peoples faces after they pay them. The get auto payment authorizations and stop taking the money without a word! Scum is too nice of a description for this law firm debt collector scheme they have running!!!!

I would give them a negative 100 if I could. I made a settlement with them. I paid the first payment and now they are telling me I never called and accepted a settlement and I owe the balance in full. The payment they took from me they said would go towards my balance. They are crocks and I have hired an attorney. Do not do business with them!!!

Terrible attorneys. Company refuses to email anything. When you call - the attny I need to speak with is never there. When they call my office and I answer, they hang up on me. Doesn't file documents with the Court on time. Collections Agents will present a settlement offer only to go back and say that they never offered the settlement. Will have 3or more associates working one case and they don't communicate. Will get a call from a collections agent who knows nothing of the Court case that's going on and has no notes as to what was said with the previous rep. ****** are RUDE. Impossible to work a case with them.
