Family Counseling Associates lost a payment I made via check in the amount of $326.66 in March of 2022 and after numerous calls and emails over months and months they have yet to rectify the situation. There is one excuse after another about, "I didn't get the email or we have a new system". This is ridiculous. They lost my money or applied it to someone else's account. Their parent company is Refresh Mental Health, I believe that is where the billing is handled. The last phone call was made today 2/3/2023 and we were told "We don't know what is going on, I will get back to you". This was by a woman named ***** at Refresh. Cancelled check is attached.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. They will not return phone calls and they still have not found my missing payment.
