We contacted this group in May, 2022 for NeuroPsych evaluations for our children. After initial intake paperwork was submitted and a brief call we were told we would be scheduled in June for the actual appointments. We never heard from anyone. This should have been a red flag. In early August, after weeks of calling, we were told we weren't scheduled because we never paid our deposit ($400 per child). I paid immediately and our appointments were scheduled - a total of 6 hours per child for the neuropsych + academic testing. These appointments took place the third and fourth week of August. We were told the results would ***********-8 weeks. We were contacted in October for the evaluation appointments - which also took place in October. We were told the results would be mailed to us within the week. It is now the end of December and we have not seen the reports. In addition to our deposits, we paid thousands of additional dollars for this testing. We've contacted the office several times and have only gotten one response as of last week (week of 12/12) saying they would be emailed and a copy mailed that week. Nothing. I've left several messages and emails which have not been returned.Business response
