      I purchased an annual subscription to Helium.com on May 2, 2023 for the "Start your Business" Platinum Plan. Invoice number E70A8DCB0001 (Attached) I tried the product daily for around 20 days, but it didn't deliver in the *** market, the features are not as expansive as advertised. and their educational content is terrible, so it was difficult to learn to use the product. I got in touch for the first time with the customer service team on June 9th requesting a refund, I went in loops with so many different people for a week and their final answer is that they can't refund the money came on June 20th. Instead, they offered to freeze my subscription, which is the current status and the unacceptable resolution. The money I paid is for an annual subscription, they can clearly and easily see that I am no longer using. Please support me on this matter, I accept a deduction of a full month payment ($79/mo) May - June but not the rest of the period when I didn't use the product.       I purchased hotspots that receive rewards in helium, they have denylisted two of mine and thousands of others which keep us from receiving payment for providing network coverage. They lie about how and when they will fix it but its been a month and I continue to lose money. Attached is a copy of investment and if they dont free my miners to make money then I want a refund

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.they keep telling me to wait however Im losing rewards every hour of every day

      On the 5th of may 2021, I placed an order for two bobcat miners at a cost of $851.52. Without my permission, this company switched my order from Bobcat miners to a different miner called the US915 HNT Gateway By SyncroB.it. I was ok with this sudden change to my order without my permission. My problem is that I was told that my order was supposed to arrive in September, and it never did. After reaching out to Helium.com, I was told that they essentially did not know when Id receive my miner. It is now nearly December (7 months after my order date) and I have no clue as to when I will receive my miners, and quite frankly, due to this companys lack of communication and transparency, I am starting to feel like I was scammed, and will never see the miners that I ordered 7 months ago. I would like to receive the miners that I paid $851.52 for 7 months ago.
