I was involved in a vehicle accident on 15 February 2022. I had to have my vehicle towed to Mal's and decided to have it repaired there as well. It is now 13 May 2022 and I still do not have my car back. I am concerned that there is fraudulent activity occurring due to the fact that my insurance company is paying for the daily storage fee to have my vehicle there. Not only that, but I have called on many occasions and have been told that they are waiting for parts or that the wrong part was shipped and they now have to wait for the right one. The latter event has happened three times now. It's going on three months of not having my car and this is very stressful as I do not have the luxury of telework and I am a reservist who travels to ********** once a month for drill. Mal's has been abysmal regarding communication and never calls me back when they say they will. I was told that my car would be ready today and surprise, the wrong part came in and now I am still left without answers or a car.Business response
