Don't go here if you have any other option. The administrative staff is either grossly incompetent or criminally malicious. I had a preventative procedure done just to get it out of the way. Prior to the procedure I paid for it in full, only to learns months later that they had lost my insurance information and ran it through my old insurance despite me providing them with my new insurance when I booked the procedure and explicitly telling them that my old coverage ended. Months later they sent me a **** for $1200 without even an apology. I would not have got the procedure had I known it would cost my twice the original price out of pocket that I agreed upon. This was a complete bait and switch that they're refusing to rectify. I have also sent the office a receipt proving that the statement they sent doesn't include the deposit I paid, but they won't change it and months of ignored emails and repeated phone calls only got me a voicemail ignoring the facts of the matter and blaming everything on insurance. I've been given a person to ask for in the office, but every time I call they're conveniently not in the office and I've been told they have no set schedule. Going to the Dental Associates of Arlington has been the worst medical decision of my life, I strongly implore anyone reading this to save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I did leave you a voice message two weeks ago, but I will explain what happened here. Your insurance changed (as you stated). We billed to your NEW insurance. And your NEW insurance did pay for the procedure. The issue was that your NEW insurance did not pay the full amount of your OLD insurance (because the NEW plan had a significantly lower annual ***** Your plan was downgraded to lower coverage. This is between you and your insurance company you choose. We just do dentistry, and we do not decide how much coverage you elect. Second, your **** is not $1200 (as you stated). It is $867 as your NEW plan did pay. The reason you are left with a balance is you hit annual **** This happens to all patients and we try to track them, but when insurances change and/or you go to another office, annual ***es can vary widely. We recognize that you gave us your insurance plan in February and we did **** to the NEW plan, but your plan hit annual *** benefits. Lastly, we are able to help you thru this. I will send you an email as well to discuss further as we do not like to have unhappy patients, when the issues are between insurance benefits and patients. We aim for five-star service on the dentistry side.

My husband went to the Dental Associates of Arlington for an annual checkup. To start with, the person at the front desk was extremely unpleasant, unhelpful, and rude. While he was there they told his that his wisdom teeth Had to be taken out because they would cause problems (even though they had never been an issue) and that they would also fix a small cavity. They made him come back multiple times but wouldn't perform any procedures for the first three visits. In the end, they charged him for each visit in which they did nothing AND hit him with a bunch of surprise charges for the wisdom teeth procedure. They also never fixed the cavity. All he was left with was a "dry socket", a huge pile of bills, and a lot of pain.

We have checked your name and email in our patient records, and you are not a patient of this practice. Looks like you are writing fake reviews.
