      During the pandemic I had to purchase a vehicle I went to jd byrider in ***************, they did not tell me they were closing that location and that the only way to get my car serviced was to drive it an hr to ******. Which wasnt a big deal but would have been nice to know. But what really made this experience horrible is that when i moved my family to ***** the transmission gave out on the ****** rogue 2012. I still had ****** miles until my warranty was over and 4 months until the warranty would have ran out. I contacted jd byrider specifically spoke with **** and ***************** they both told me I would have to pay a 3,000$ tow to get the car worked on i only owed that on the car. So I asked them for help with the tow expenses they wouldnt help. So I proceeded to tell them they can come pick the car up and that I would like to voluntarily repossess the vehicle. They told me for months they had someone coming to pick the vehicle up. No one ever showed up then *** and **** told me I would have to get the car 200 miles south of my new location in order for them to repo the car. Which would have cost me 1500$ so I refused considering they couldnt help me when I was trying to get the warranty work done that was agreed when we signed the contract. They did not hold true to their contract. I have tried to reach out multiple times over the last year and a half with no response. They will not release the title or even talk to me about it. So I have this vehicle in my driveway and I cant junk it or sell it and they wont help or even try to resolve this issue!!

      Attleboro jd byrider has to be the worst dealership in the world bought a car that needed all sorts of things done to it from brakes to suspension to the engine itself sounding like it's ready to blow up any second. I tried to get them replaced but there so good at this scam the mechanic tells me he didn't have any openings for a month which was so inconvenient cause I called a couple weeks later to find out about warranty and the man tells me they can only fix brakes within 30 days I said that's nice your service guy pushes the service dates out so they don't have to cover it and then the customer has to come out of pocket on top of that paying ***** for a **** dollar car as it is these guys are the worst dealership and have terrible service it's no wonder there's abandoned jd by riders every other day stay away from these crooks they have no respect or care in the world!!

      unprofessional closing the ****** store without informing ALL the customer's! I owe way more still than what the car is worth and only a year into owning the car I've got to put $1000+ already into it!!?? The front control arm and ball joint is almost gone when I but brought it in February I had the ball bearings fixed I called they tried telling me the control arm was repaired NEVER WAS!!

      I bough a car through JD had no issues with the salesmen no issues with mechanic's but had the worst time with the finance company CNAC. My car was paid off in November and in January a payment came out of my bank account for a vehicle that was paid off. I called CNAC to try and discuss this error and the Manage ***************** lacks customer service. From the start of my loan with him he been nothing but arrogant and rude. I tried to explain to him the error on CNAC's behalf and he did not want to try and help me at all. He was nothing but rude (this wasn't the first time.) and tried to blame the payment on me asking if I let a friend borrow my card implying this is my fault. I explained to him no I have no friends financed with CNAC and after this I would never refer any of my friends to CNAC. He continued to argue instead of try to help me have this payment refunded to me and said oh well have your bank deal with it. I called to put this through my bank which I though was resolved for the payment in January that was not authorized by me since my loan was paid off. A few days ago I get an aggressive phone call form this manager saying I need to call him right away that the bank reversed a October payment. This was done in error by the bank I called them to resolve this and they fixed it no problem I did not call him back due to his poor customer service. He called me again later that night threatening he is going to write that transaction as a charge off against me not even giving me 24 hours to get this matter correct that was not my error. It is astonishing that they have someone like this in charge of their finance department. Never again would I go through them or deal with that arrogant man.
