I purchased a car from ****************************** in October 2022. The dealer hired JS Transport to transport my vehicle from ************ to ********* *****, I paid $3000 for the delivery with full insurance. The car was in pristine condition and was pre-inspected by a third-party inspection company and the report was shared with me before the purchase. JS Transport outsourced the delivery job to a different company. The transportation was fully insured, and the car was delivered to ********* *****, while unloading the car from the truck the driver scraped the bottom of the car and tore the protection layer, and scratched the bumper (I have recordings of the car with the bottom of the car scraped while being unloaded) . I took the car to Authorized Audi dealerships in ******* ** and got estimates to get the repairs costing me $5000 JS Transport helped me raise an insurance claim with Progressive. Progressive closed my case since the transport company failed to furnish the evidence that my car was on the truck that was insured. After an uphill battle for 6 months, Progressive reopened the case and now concluded that the repairs are costing lower than the deductible and I need to work with the transport company. The insurance company did not do the due diligence of inspecting the car and settling the claim. JS Transport supported me throughout the process and now that the insurance is backing off, they are avoiding my calls and emails.I request JS Transport to help me get the necessary repairs on the car since the transportation was fully insured and paid for.Business response

I did not avoid Indu's communication, I had just had a baby and my cell phone voicemail asked everyone to call the main office. When he could not reach my accounting lady on a Monday he left this review Tuesday. We do not avoid any private customers; damage does occur from time to time but when it does we work together to resolve it.
The insurance company's investigation found the under carriage damage in Indu's pre-inspection pictures. Indu had provided us with $11k and almost $6k estimates. The insurance company's estimate was $790.87. In any other case we would normally reimburse the client for the total of the estimate and the situation would be resolved. In this situation we reimbursed Indu for not only the full cost of his transport, we reimbursed him for his trade in transport as well.

I am rejecting this response because: The owner is aware and has a copy of the inspection report. Now she is stating that the ***************** states the damage pre existed. ***************** is playing a dirty game and even JS transport is aware of this and supported me through out to fight with the insurance and now, she wants to side by what insurance claims and let me hanging.

Date of Transaction: 01/03/2023 Amount: $4400 I purchased a vehicle from ***** Cars Mall of GA and JS Transport was contracted to deliver the car from **. to **. Upon delivery of the vehicle on 12/31/22, we inspected and found the right front passengers tire had a gash in the wall and the back left drivers bumper was damaged. I contacted the dealer who sent a video of the car upon departure with no damage. I then contacted JS Transport and spoke with ***** (Mgr) and to advise of the damages. He askED that I send pics and assured me not to worry as they would ensure all was made right, Due to it being a holiday weekend, I was not able to take the car to get am estimate for repair which ***** advised me to get. I sent this information to them and advised the tire had to be replaced as not immediately as not to have a blowout. ***** advised me to have it replaced and forward the receipt. I have sent multiple text and initially ***** was replying and as of 1/27 the company has ceased from replying. I have all text noting they would handle, pay and saying a claim had been filed, but no resolve. I am asking the cost to repair the vehicle and refund of the cost of the tire as promised.Customer response
