I have a battery with part # ***/78 and a F20 sticker on it that was a brand new battery installed on a vehicle I purchased, and after speaking with customer service over the phone on June 8, 2022 I was informed that I am within the free replacement period for the battery and that their department would get me taken care of to get that process going and get me a free replacement. The battery was installed as a brand new battery on a vehicle I purchased, and within the last couple of months the battery has been quite problematic and will not hold much of a charge at all and my vehicle will not reliably and consistently start. I have also been in email contact with ************************* which is a Customer Service Supervisor with the following contact information and he informed me that he would be figuring out how to get me taken care of since I have a battery that is in warranty and his contact information is as follows: ***********************. I have been attempting to get in contact with him since I initially did and received an email response from him on June 10, 2022 but ever since then I have been emailing him over and over again with no response whatsoever and now I receive this response when I email him: Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address:********************************. I called him and left him a voicemail but my call was returned by someone else that told me they couldn't be of assistance and that ************************* was not around and he won't be able to assist me. I was informed that I would be taken care of with a free battery warranty replacement and the company now does not want to honor what they promised me and all I am asking for is that they honor what was promised to me and that they honor their warranty. I see that they have a Code of Ethics and within it one of the things it states is "We will be honest, fair and trustworthy," and so far they have been dishonest which is frustrating to me as a military veteran.
