On 5/23/23 I came to the office as a new patient.. they were aware I had ******** and ******** insurance. There was never any mention of a copay until the very end after the exam was over. The type of insurance I have is bill ******** first and then bill ******** what they don’t cover. This should have been covered in full but they simply refused to submit to ******** and stuck us for 25.00 we were not expecting to pay. We even called ******* before we left the parking lot to confirm it was covered and went back in with them on the phone. They still refused to submit to insurance. We decided when we got home we wanted to cancel our order for glasses through them and go someplace else and never go back there. We were told it couldn’t be cancelled. We called ********** again and they gave us the name of the company that does the glasses so we called them.. we were told that we could not cancel but the Sr office that placed the order could cancel it within 24 hours by calling the same help desk I called. We called back with that information and were told she was waiting for a call back. I doubt it happened and they are closed tomorrow so now we are stuck. Very poor customer service.. as well as the refund of the copay we would like the order cancelled so we can get the glasses made at another location and not have to pay out of pocket and have no further contact with this business after that!
