Sadly, I dislike that I am about to write this because my experience with Brian and 1 Worcester Homes in the beginning was good. Brian showed me some house and went over what would have happen next with listing my home but everything that transpired after has left a bad feeling that after a year is still with me and having hard time moving forward. So I had Brian list my first home back in July 2020..covid was hard for me and the house was older and needed more than what I could afford. So I decided to list it while looking for something new. That process was fine but I am still curious if what I made on the sale is exactly correct but anyway. I used there loan officer and lender **** *****...that's when things started to change. My original closing date was Nov 17th and every week after I had a different date with no clear reasoning as to why. I feel he should have stepped in sooner one my closer date changed and when I mentioned I was spending more money than I was told I would living in a hotel for 2 months. I spent 5k living a hotel. Also, he crossed a professional / personal line by contacting a mutual acquittance about getting me to put money down when I made it VERY CLEAR that that was not an option. Because of covid I had already went through my saving making upgrades on previous home and other bills that I wanted and needed that extra money to stay in my accounts. That did not happen.....I was 1 of 3 of his clients that were having issues with Loan Depot and whatever programs there were using at the time. After the last clients closing he reached out and asked if there was anything I needed from him to help me process what had transpired....I said whatever information you can give me...well that was March 3rd 2020 and I still have not heard from him. This whole situation has made things difficult for me financially. Because of how things transpired I ended up having to cover closing and put money down which was 12100.00 I had to spend 6600.00 extra.
