      Center: On 01/17/2023 you were paid $200 via check for a service call & a deposit call for my mother, *******************************. You cashed this check on 01/17. On 01/17 you stated the part would arrive in two days & be installed on 01/19. On 01/19 there was no communication. My mother contacted you on 01/19 and received no response. My mother contacted you again on 01/20. You informed my mother the part hadnt arrived, and promised an update. From 01/20-01/25 there was no communication from you. On 01/23 and 01/25 my mother called you. On 01/23 she received no response, and on 01/25 you informed my mother the part arrived. You informed my mother you would call to schedule an appointment on 01/26, and did not do so. On 01/26 my mother called you and requested a refund. On 01/27 I spoke with you on the phone & requested a refund for your failure to provide the service you were compensated to do. As of 01/28 I have not received reimbursement. Please immediately forward reimbursement to my mother, *******************************, **********************************************************************. As I stated to you on the phone, I am handling this matter moving forward. If reimbursement is not immediately received please know I will be: 1. filing a report with the *****************************: Office of the Attorney General-******************************* for an unfair/deceptive commercial practice under the ************* Consumer Protection Act - M.G.L. 93A.2. filing a report with the *****************************- Office of the District Attorney for the Middle ********** ******** of ***** Abuse. 3. filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB.)

      on 1/16/2023 I RECEIVED A CALL FROM *******************;    I DID NOT DEAL WITH HER DAUGHTER TO LOOK AT HER DISHWASHER THAT WAS NOT DRAINING OUT I TOLD HER I HAD TO ORDER THE PART 

      AND IT WOULD TAKE 7 TO 10 DAYS TO **ME IN AND WHEN IT CAME IN I WOULD CALL HER ON 1/26/23   I CALLED HER AND TOLD HER I GOT THE PART AND HER DAUGHTER ME NEVER MIND TO LATE WE WILL CALL SOMEONE ELSE I TOLD HER THE PARTS HAS TO ** FROM N.Y. SO THE PART WAS ***** AND DIAGNOSITIC CHARGE IS ****** SERVICE CALL THIS IS WHAT SHE PAID ME TOTAL OF ****** PLUS ***** = 200.00 

      LESS SERVICE CALL SHE WILL GET BAK ER DEPOAIT OF $***** DOLLARS AND THATS ALL SHE IS GETTING BACK IS HE DEPOSIT. WHICH WAS A BANK CHECK ON 1-30-23 SENT OUT BY US MAIL

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This business was paid $200, and provided no service. 
      No repair was made. 

      The business states that $130 is for a service call, but no service was provided

      A full refund is the only acceptable resolution  

      All pertinent documentation was provided in my initial message. 

      A search of this business online reveals many other unsatisfied customers who have been deceived by this business.

      I DONT THINK THERE IS ANY COMPANY THAT **** OUT FOR NOTHING  TO LOOK AT A  APPLIANCE IF YOU HAVE TO SEE WHATS WRONG WITH IT. WE DONT DRIVE A TRAILER TRUCK FULL OF PARTS WE HAVE TO ORDER THEM TO MANY PARTS TO CARRY. SO THERE IS A CHARGE NOBODY GOES OUT FOR NOTHING SO THATS WHERE THE CHARGES ARE FROM.   THANK YOU *************AND SHE GOT BACK HER DEPOSIT..

      Called Auburn Appliance Service center to have a dryer that was not drying repaired. Advertised night and weekend appointments. Business was contacted on January 29th. Appointment made for January 31st. Owner stated he did not have part but he had ordered it and it would be in Tuesday or Wednesday. I would have called a larger company if I knew he would not repair same day. Therefore, I had to pay extra for the service call. He stated he would call Tuesday. He asked for payment in full for the service call, the cost of the part and labor for installation. He was paid in full $307.00 on January 31st. He did not call as promised on February 1st and I called him. One of the phone numbers on his bill is invalid. He stated UPS tracking showed he would receive part on February 2nd and he would call. I did not hear back and I called again on February 2nd and he stated the part was scheduled to arrive, but had not yet. I stated I wanted the repair done today, February 2nd and to call me when he would be here. I would never have hired or paid him in full if repair would not be completed in a timely fashion. He never called back on February 2nd so I had my husband call and leave him a message to call us back and state when we could then expect the repair work to be completed on February 3rd. He never returned my husband's call either. At this point he has been paid in full and we have no idea when the repair will be made. I want the repair completed immediately and a partial refund due to poor service and repair and response delays. Bill is attached but he dated incorrectly for 1/30 and it was 1/31. Also, he spelled our last name incorrectly. It is Rocco, not Ricco.
