  I had a tax appointment with *************************** (address ************************** phone **************) on March 14th. However, they called me the day before to request that I drop off my paperwork instead because at the time we were about to get a severe snowstorm. I agreed and dropped off my tax information on the morning of March 14th. I called later that day to be sure they received my tax documents, they answered and said they did receive them. I did not hear back from them for weeks. On April 17th my tax accountant, Heather, answered when I called to inquire about my taxes, and she said they needed more information from me. I explained that it was upsetting that this was not communicated to me sooner as now we had to file for an extension on filing my taxes. Since April 17th I have been calling and leaving messages asking for an update on my tax returns and no one has called me back. I was told 3 weeks ago that Heather would call me back at the end of the day and I never received any such phone call. I have had zero communication and I have left messages expressing my concern and fear that there is something wrong or a reason they have not called me back. I do not know how to progress this any further.

  BBB spoke directly with the business and they advised that the issue has been resolved with the consumer.
