Bought a car ( 2018 Ford Fusion ) from lux auto plus in around June of 2021 I finally took possession of the vehicle three weeks after completing paperwork and not having throughout an entire payment, shortly after having the vehicle I noticed it had a "shutter " under a load uphill , I texted my salesman , *****, no got no response, I then called the dealership was put to someone's voicemail, I left a message again with no response, my girlfriend needed a car we went there as the experience for me didn't seem that bad at this point , I spoke to her salesman, ****** , he said he would look into and put in request that someone contact me , as we were there after the service department was closed , no one ever reached out to me, finally today October 19th 2021 I took the vehicle in they had it for 2.5 hours charged me $95 said it did exactly what I said it was doing but didn't know why and told me to bring to Ford for diagnosingBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/26) */ After looking into the customer's concerns it seems that the service advisor that the customer was dealing with was under the impression that Ford Motor Company had a TSB (technical service bulletin) out regarding this issue and that a Ford dealership could repair the issue for the customer at no cost. After submitting the VIN number to the local Ford dealership we were informed that this particular vehicle did not have any active recalls or TSBs so Lux will take care of the repair for the customer. Going forward to avoid any confusion I am going to provide my email as the owner of the business so the customer can communicate with me directly regardless of the issue he has - *************************** Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2021/11/16) */ Business gave a refund of $ 95 , the amount I was wrongly charged, i will also be having the repairs made at a reputable Ford dealership Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2021/11/16) */ I am glad Mr. Larocque received a full refund of the money he paid. I apologized on behalf of the dealership that the information which he was given regarding the vehicle was incorrect and did offer a free lube, oil, filter and tire rotation if he decides to give Lux a chance at earning his service business again. - *************
