I found a car on ******** marketplace. I test drove the car with ******* miles. I was told the car had no problems at all, the dealer test drove car with me turning air condition on high before I got in to cool it off. There were no lights on dash. I gave deposit of $500 ($200 added to price for paperwork) I would be back next Friday 7/12 to get it, dealer said he would fix the film on head lights and make sure the fluids were topped off. There was no washer fluid at all, oil was almost sludge, he made many promises on how the car ran like brand new, no problems, if I had any bring it back and they will fix it within 7 days. When I went back and gave him $5900 balance the moon and stars were gone, when I gave him the money the next thing he said was I always tell my customers get an oil change I said I thought that would have been done on the check point list dealers use when they sell used cars ( he already new of the issue I was about to discover) he said thats only for bigger dealerships ( but he sell roughly 11 cars a WEEK per **** /dealer himself) when I got in the car the maintenance light was on, I said that looks like an oil change, he said thats why he tell people to get an oil change. I said Im not paying for that, after back and forth he called someone to do the change. As I drive to go to this garage I turned the air conditioner on high, I only had 45 miles of gas so I turned it down and it sound like a helicopter. I went for my inspection today and asked the inspector about it, he said thats the blower motor going, my next door neighbor ( mechanic) said the same thing. I called Umar dealer who said I told you about this on the test drive and you said its okay I would never say that! He said he is not responsible for this, I told him we did not talk about the air conditioner at all, he did not mention it only turning it on high so I wouldnt notice, then he told me Im calling him a liar and dont call him anymore. Oil was bad notice warranty.

Umer/dealer spoke with my son/***** about returning the car minus mileage used after the power steering pump is now gone as well. **** said he would fix the pump on the next day if his mother/****** would cancel BBB complaint. He would fix it and not return because how it would be perceived by his customers, it would look bad for business if we returned it. I tried to call and cancel complaint speaking with BBB/*******, I was told he needs to respond to request with how this will be resolved. I provided this info to Umer with BBB number and name so I can get my car fixed through *****. **** then texted/ called my son and said bring car now. When he took the car to be dropped off for repair Umer looked and said its the pump and he did not say he was going to fix it. (?) My son called the police and they took a a full report, advised leaving the BBB complaint, pick up report from police ***** Friday the 26th and take dealer to court. This was only an attempt to get rid of the complaint, my son has these text between the two saying to bring it now instead of the next day as they originally planned. **** stated he would deal with my son and not myself because I was angry. Why would a person do all of this if not for their own gain, get rid of BBB to keep robbing people? He thought my son was a child and tried to play him to play me, and I really tried to cancel the complaint because I believed him. My pump is gone $6400 later and cant drive it, he will not fix his Guarantee no issues car. HELP PLEASE. Thank You.

The car was originally bought at ******* miles with a 30 days or 500 miles which ever comes first.

They have driven the car for about 750 miles and after 750 miles the power steering pump leaked and they kept driving it with the leak power steering pump and screwed the power steering pump without filling the reservior.

The warranty dealership gave them was for Engine and Transmission and they came here fighting for power steering as I showed them all the paper work they signed. I am attaching the buyers guide for reference. The car passed inspection and nothing wrong with it. When they came here to show it to us I realize they temper with the power steering pump just to return the car and get the money back. Her son is a mechanic and he knows how to make things worse.

They have'nt called the police as they are mentioning , as I called the police because they were here creating a scene at the business for no reason.

      1) The mileage at purchase price listed by mendacious Umer Is approx. 100mi. off. I was given a 500mi./30day trans/motor warranty, This was willfully put on my $200 fee paperwork to the **** I will inform the *** as well since I believe this is not a 1X occurrence by the owner.

      2) After buying the car late afternoon on Fri. 7/12, conflict and resolution to maintenance light now on I had to drive to umers friends shop to get oil changed. Excluding Sat.13th, Sun.14th the car sat in my driveway until Tues. the 16th when I failed inspection. I had to put 30 more miles on the car in order to pass inspection, I figure my seven days and 500mi.should start here. On Sun.the 21st is when the rotor issue began, and the next day the 22nd is when the steering pump went. I sent a text on both occasions, and was reminded of the trans/motor warranty and **** said he could not do anything.

      3) **** gave a 30day FULL warranty noted/ written on ********* CarFax logo flyer inside the car, verbally given guarantee that if any issues come up within 7 days he will fix it ( blower was day 1) from the time it was inspected everything happened within 7 days technically. There is still an expressed warranty, implied warranty of fitness, implied warranty of merchantability, he made a written statement of guarantee car has no issues, drives like new car, almost new brakes ( rotors?), guarantee to pass inspection.

      4) How would he know the car was driven after I got a leak and kept driving it? Because he said, when told I was trying to get a tow to bring it there to be fixed it would be fine to put fluid in and drive it, making sure to keep fluid in.

      5) ******** w/power steering pump just for refund My son ask for my money back because of all the problems, **** said he would fix the power steering instead of returning it, due to perceived bad on business. We totally agreed to this along with being blackmailed to get rid of BBB complaint in order to get the pump fixed, taking a loss on the other issues.

      6) When they came here to show us Why would I willingly attempt to tow a car just to have Umer look at the pump after he has been told it was broke on the 22nd and this day, the 24th when he said he would fix it, the only logical reason to bring the car to him 20 miles from my home.

      7) My son is not a mechanic, just common sense that you would assume any man would have about a car. My son ***** asked for my money back because the power steering pump was the last straw in the list of problems. This man took $6400 from his sick mother, who just lost her job for being sick, who need a car to get back-and-forth to the hospital regularly. ***** would not sabotage my car in hopes of a refund when the dealer had a hard time changing oil before the car left his lot with the maintenance light on, my money in his pocket.

      8) They havent called the police. Please notice the attachment that shows **** called at 2:58 PM, my sons phone record for one minute to 911 at 2:56 PM. meaning he did call, and he called first. Please notice in the police report the officer acknowledges the text messages between **** and ***** saying to remove BBB and he can help. My son even thanks **** for deciding to fix the car.

      9) Along with purposely writing mileage wrong on the title, he continue to lie to officer saying the car was purchased on July 3rd over 20 days ago., this was Wednesday 7/24 (this made day 12).

      10) Lastly from what I gather, my personal opinion and seeing reviews all over the internet ( which I should have read before going here) is that Umer doesnt know anything about cars, he buy cars from the auction, clear any check engine light/ maintenance light, making sure its over *******mi., make promises, guarantees, hide behind the mileage law and take peoples money and say too bad, go buy a new car so what/ too bad, take me to court. I decided to look on his website and there isnt currently one car under ******* miles, but those that are less than this are listed as sold. This is part of the trickery and deception Maybe the good reviews that are listed have a factory warranty. Every bad review he get he act like it wasnt deserved, instead of trying to rectify the issue with people. Word of mouth is powerful, but it works both ways. Instead of tapping out he will fight to the end instead of being right, truthful, honest.

I just wanted to add that I attempted to get the power steering pump fixed when I was told it was the Rack-and Pinion! I want all my money back now ( again) like I said When my son asked for the money and **** decided to fix it I was fine with that. **** has lied took my money and now I will follow BACK up with the ************************* the ************************ and take him to court as well. Like I said he is deceitful and trying to wait out time, playing games and its not going to work.
