I brought a car yesterday and had to return it today. I was told it took so long because it was being serviced. Today the check oil light is coming on, the power steering, fuel injection and suspension is off, the passenger window wont go up. I took it to get an oil change as the sales person told me to do, well to my surprise the hood wont open. I am very disappointed with this place and its 20 degrees out and the sales person tells me to drive it and bring it back on Tuesday. I refuse to drive that truck. I thought I was going to crash on the highway because the truck kept swerving to the other side. The manager and sales person kept going in the office and closing the door as if they didnt want me to hear what they were talking about. Very unprofessional. I called the manager ****** and he told me that hes only the finance person and he had nothing to do with the complaints but he sure was willing to take my money. I wouldnt refer anyone to this place!!! How can you lie and say the reason its taking so long because its in service and the registry website is down. A bunch of lies. What they didnt know is my brother works for the registry. So they tried to sell me a bunch of bs because Im a female. ****** should be ashamed of himself for doing this to anyone. They also tried to tell me I can have the same truck but o dont want it if after day 2 Im having problems with it. That tells me a lot.

her vehicle passed ************* inspection. She called one day and said the window did not go down. She brought the vehicle in and we gave her a loaner to use the next day. We checked out our vehicle. The window would not go up because it was completely frozen, and the hood would not open because of the freezing call that it was outside she complained about the car swerving. It was the length departure that was on position. We actually shut it off for her. The car is completely in great shape, and no issues. We actually sent her this letter when demanding her to remove this review immediately, or we will be taking legal action against her for defamation.se has till 1/25/24 to remove all reviews published, i sent her this notice-I had a long talk with my mechanic, there was nothing wrong with your vehicle. The window was completely frozen got stuck. and it needed the battery due to the temperature of being cold outside. We did nothing wrong and we did not sell you a bad vehicle. vehicle passed mass inspection. The car is actually in mint condition. I like you to remove the inaccurate reviews. that you put online and its deformation. we are not here to hurt you. and ****** did a great job getting the approval for you on this loan. You bought a vehicle from my company and I will stand behind it and make sure that you are completely satisfied.
