      Canceled my service to switch to another trash company with much better prices and my service was inconsistent. Although I paid for ***** May June, my trash wasn't picked up since the second weekend in June and is still outside. I have called every single week and I keep being promised by different people they are rude And have not followed through with any of those promises.I have had my new trash service for three weeks with no problems yet the Nauset barrels are still in my yard filled with trash.

      The company just randomly cancelled my service. I get trash pickup on Wednesdays. On Tuesday afternoon at 5 pm, they suspended my service for non payment. Well, if you dont send me a bill, how am I suppose to know what is due, and when its due? I emailed them Tuesday afternoon asking them how I was suspended, and why they didnt bill me? I sent an additional email Wednesday telling them I would be going to the BBB if they didnt call me or email me. I still have not received service or a reply. Disgraceful. I told them I could pay next week. At this point, ** looking for a credit to my account because of how poorly this was handled. Suspending me the day before my pickup, not replying to my emails, and terrible overall customer service.

      Nauset disposal was my trash pick up for many years. Their customer service got awful starting the beginning of this year (2023) the were multiple times they overcharged me for extra trash and many times they did not pick up my trash. I then decided to end my service with them. I tried to contact them multiple times, got bills for months when they were no longer my client. I emailed them in july to puck up their barrel , which the did , i have pictures. In july2023 They then decided ion september 1 st to come on my property with no notice and take two ***** ****** that did not belong to them. The barrels had electrical wire that my husband used to store it for work. I contacted nauset and spoke with *****, sent her all the documentation and pictures , she stated a manager woould get back to i waited over a week called her back she again sent an email to her manager **** still dod not receive a call. Today 11/8 I again sent an email stating i was contacting the Bbb and solve it 7, not much I received a rude call from **** tge manager telling me her law department was handling it , that she coild not speak with me. I would like them to resolve this issue by returning my barrels as well as reimbursement for the wire that was stolen. Which was worth between 800-1000$ and an appology for all the time i have had to put into this ussue with jo **********

      Nauset Disposal was my trash company for the last 11 years or so. The service was always NON curbside. In July 2023, no pick up for 7/1(reg garbage), 7/6(recycling) and 7/8(reg garbage). I sent a cancellation email on 7/10 because I couldn't reach anyone via phone(including 2 hour waits only to be dropped) and my garbage was piling up. Nauset Disposal's explanation was that the driver on those 3 dates said my bins were not at the curbside. They additionally said that their customer service rep ***** into their system in early May that I was curbside. Nauset Disposal says they can't verify why I went to curbside. (June's garbage had been erratic but when they did come it was NOT curbside so somehow they knew it was not curbside). So now, they blame me for not having my bins curbside for 7/1, 7/6 and 7/8 and want payment for $80.02.

      I am being billed for services I did not receive. I canceled **************** from mid-March through mid-June because I was out of the country, and Nauset doesn't offer pausing the service, so I had to cancel. At the time, Nauset was still a local company and I could call/email with them directly. I reinstated the service mid-June when I returned. I then received a bill for services for the full months of May and June. (Invoice ******* May 1 2023). Seems now Nauset is owned by a waste management firm and no longer provides any support. Emails to my previous customer support contacts get rejected because "only emails with "nasuet.com" domains can email these addresses". I have tried multiple times to call Nauset, but they leave you on hold for 40+ miunutes after which the line automatically disconnects. I have tried using their "contact us" form on their website, but have not recieved anything back through that either, except the automated email acknowledging receipt and that they will get back to me shortly. Now they are sending me paper bills (invoice *******, 7/31/2023) indicated past due balances, which they have made no effort to resolve. Further, the online bill pay system does not allow you to specify a payment amount, so I cannot even make payment on the current, accurate invoice as I would have to pay the full amount from both invoices in order to use the system. I do not have a problem paying for services provided, but want resolution on the incorrect invoice. Further, I am concerned about the lack of customer support - there isn't even a way to cancel service because in order to do so you need to call but no one answers the phone.

      After numerous attempts to get an explanation on my invoice (holding for long periods of time with no answer, being disconnected and unanswered emails), I sent a certified letter to cancel my service on 7/10/23. It was signed for on 7/18/23. The cost has increased substantially and I am not sure what I am paying for. Looking at my recent pick up history (after my cancelation letter was received), my account is being noted as trash not out. All I really want is a call from Nauset so I can have my service cancelled, bins picked up and understand what I owe, if anything. Also, when they did pick up, recycle and trash were taken altogether, recycle was never separated. I understand businesses are short staffed, but they still need to answer their phones.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  They continue to try to charge my credit card and stop by for trash pick up even after receiving my cancellation notice sent by certified mail.

      We were emailed a bill for services that we didnt receive or ask for.After failing to reach Nauset by phone or email since March, and after receiving emails in May stating they couldnt service us, I arranged and paid for a season of pick *** from ****. A few weeks ago I received an emailed bill from Nauset. Again, I was unable to reach anyone at the company through phone, email, and ********* Today I received an email notifying me that my checking account was being debited the amount due. Nauset has my bank info from last year. I have two emails from Nauset sent in May stating that they couldnt service us. I am unable to reach Nauset. I dont know what else to do. Thank you,*******************

      I have a rental property in West ********, **. We had service with Nauset Disposal for almost 2 years. As of March 2023, we noticed service not being consistent to our bi-weekly pickup. We also noticed things started to change online where we used to be ACH for payment and then we started receiving a paper bill. Tried several times by phone, ****** Review, and Contact Us on the website to reach the company with no response. I requested cancelling service several times, but they continue to bill us for no service. This has happened to several other customers (****** Reviews) and this is becoming a well known problem throughout Cape Cod.
