Transaction 7/12/24 for heat pump through mass save. First system leaked and destroyed ceiling. Havent fully fixed. We asked for a regular central air placed instead and they installed same type. They down graded the size to a 3 ton when we paid for a 4.5 ton, they installed a whole house dehumidifier without consent and drilled into our house. They wont return calls or take the system out. The system isn't working for us. Due to health issues we cant have humidity above 50% and when we purchased it was explained to us that it was the same as our existing central air. Our prior AC unit kept the house at 45%. We only upgraded because they said it would be the same. Both my husband and i cant breathe well and the lowest its been on cool days is 55% even with humidity 52% outside. Plus the loan was for a 4.5 ton which they took back. We have a state loan covering this and have been attempting on multiple calls since install and they wont fix it. They did say if it doesnt work they swap it out but they have lied. Now we have ****** dollars for a system we cant use and they refuse to helpCustomer response

I have heard and they refuse to take the system out stating its working. Since no response my husband went down to talk. Then got an email from the co owner *****, do not come to this office again and contact my lawyer
