I purchased a gift card online on 11/4/2022 and have not received the card. It was supposed to be sent via email but definitely has not arrived. My credit card was charged for the amount on 11/4/2022. On 11/5, I sent an email stating I had not received anything. They responded saying they investigated and re-sent it. But it is definitely not in my email. I have searched jacobspillow in all email boxes. I emailed back to let them know I hadnt received it and have received no reply. I have also called multiple times, leaving voicemail each time, and no response since 11/7.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I received the gift card this morning. I suspect this is in response to our opening a dispute with our credit card company in an attempt to get a credit for the charge.
