New gutters installed at ********************************************** . They are overflowing & leaking. Missing downspouts. Called multiple times no response came out once & problem still not resolved. Just want it fixed properly. Never had these issues in the past.Business response

I am writing in response to complaint in ******. As she stated weve been there once already to rectify the problem. She states that its still not fixed which unfortunately this year weve had tremendous amount of rainfall which seems to be overflowing the gutters and downspouts which is normal when you have a torrential downpour. I also told her when we put gutter guards on it re-strips the flow of water going into the gutters as you are taking away the amount of volume that they can handle.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I want the problem to fixed. Let me make that clear, I just want the issue resolved. I havent had any issues up until now, when the new gutters were installed. I been in this home since 1984, pretty sure we have had some severe rain in that time , before this summer. Never had a problem. The claim that overflowing could be a problem because of leaf guards was not addressed. Why would I spend $6000.00 to replace something that can possibly make it worse ? Makes no sense. Some downspouts were eliminated because of your professional opinion. Maybe they need to be added again. Once again, I repeat I just want the problem fixed and the job done properly.

First off if I wasnt gonna try and fix the problem I wouldve went back the first time and secondly her old gutters were completely falling down thats why she wanted them replaced because if she didnt have a problem with the existing gutters and why would she call and have them replaced. Im willing to try to rectify this problem but not if shes going to be demanding like that and continue to keep asking us to do more and more and more which was not figured into the original quote which was not $6000 it was a far cry from that .Customer response
