      I purchased my full size portable GE dishwasher from this company approximately spring 2020. I had just moved into my new home and I usually deal with Best Buy for appliances but due to COVID they were not delivering. I was fortunate to find Bellingham Electric. From the beginning I have had numerous issues with this dishwasher. Along with the dishwasher I purchased a 5 year extended warranty. With each repair I ask them to damage this machine out because no one should have this many repairs in two years. Each time they tell me no and the repairs keep happening. I also purchased a washer and dryer from this company and in two years have only had one repair performed. The dishwasher had 6-8 repairs so far. On June 3, 2022 I emailed ******************* to bring to his attention that the dishwasher is working (running) but it is not cleaning the dishes properly. I requested they please send someone to look at it. The answer I received was to call the warranty company CPS directly. My warranty is with Bellingham Electric so it is not my responsibility to do their work. I have asked to have this defective dishwasher replaced every time there is an issue. For TWO MONTHS me and this *************** played phone tag. He would just leave a message never once saying that he would send someone down to look at it. Bellingham Electric is a good hour drive away but that is not my fault. Don't sell down the Cape if its going to be an issue to service the area. I have been washing dishes everyday. I am a nurse and extremely busy. I am asking that my dishwasher be serviced immediately or replaced. My last phone call to them was not very pleasant due to my frustration. I also need my silverware holder replaced and the top rack which are both defective. If I was a man this would not be happening. Don't take advantage of single women. Also, requesting their insurance info to file a claim for water damage to my kitchen floor from the dishwasher leaking. Thank you.

      ****, I am sorry that you are experiencing this problem with your dishwasher.  The reason that *** wanted you to call CPS, the warranty company, is that when the claims reach the value of the product, they close the case and they want to speak directly to the customer in order to reach a solution that will satisfy them. Not calling did not help the situation. If you had called, a solution would have been reached by now. Bellingham Electric also has a policy that will give a customer a 25% discount on a new product to replace their defective product after a solution has been reached with CPS. I have spoken to one of my contacts at CPS and they have opened a new claim for you. They still want to speak with you and they will be calling you if they havent already. Please take their calls and work with them to resolve this situation. You called on November 28th 2021 to report that your dishwasher was leaking. A service call was scheduled for December 3rd. The technician found that the drain line was clogged with food causing the drain to clog and the water to back up and leak on the floor. This would indicate that too much food is left on the dishes when they are put into the dishwasher. This is not the fault of the technician or the dishwasher. That was the only service call related to water leaking.
