      placed an order for the greenhouse that we ordered in april of last year. it took the company till october to install and we had to hound them for updates on what is going on since no one answered our calls and kept saying someone would call us. After it was built it kept leaking they came down 4 times and the structure still leaks. We have requested that they remove the structure and refund us our deposit. They refuse to do this or even respond to us. I have video and photos showing this. Unable to attach them since it exceeds the size limit. I am submitting this on behalf of my 78 year old 100% disabled ******* vet father.

      According to our records, we have been sending communication to *********************, which is the holder of our contract to build an attached greenhouse at your property. You asked us to build this on an existing foundation that had cracks and uneven areas which is where most of the water penetration was and still is coming from. This was a multistep process to diagnose and resolve the leaks associated. We have offered multiple times to finish resolving the leaks and have not received communication back from you confirming a time to meet at your property to proceed. Keep in mind this is a contract for a greenhouse. A greenhouse is typically used for growing plants and there will be moisture in a greenhouse. Please let us know a few good times to come out and resolve this and we will accommodate. Thank-you.

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

      Issue is not resolved. The answer they provided is poor. If the cement slab was an issue they never mentioned it at all when they came down to take photos and when they built the unit. They came to the house 4 times to try to fix the problem. At this time the only resolution would be for them to refund and remove the structure.

      We did not bring this up as typically greenhouses are used for growing plants and not necessarily a 100% dry environment. Obviously this was not your expectation which is why we were trying to work with you to get this to be  a dry environment. According to our records, ****** met with you twice onsite to access the situation. We sent a crew twice to start the work to resolve this for you. This was back in December of 2022. We have made multiple attempts since to finish the resolution to this for you. Your greenhouse would have been watertight months ago if you had not canceled appointments we tried to make to finish resolution.

      Here are two proposals:

      1.If you no longer want a greenhouse at your property, we can remove it but we could not issue a refund for the deposit.

      2. We can resolve the leaks for you and you can pay us the money owed.

      I contracted Baystate Outdoor Personia for a new custom Shed on 4/7/21 and placed an initial deposit on that day for $3797.06. I understand that things are delayed due to Covid and then a plot plan was needed. Basically nothing got done because the plot plan wasn't complete until October 2021. The winter delayed the project further. By January, a new shed was in development and then it was required that I re-do my landscaping. that was complete on 6/22/22 and I made an additional payment to Outdoor Personia for $7479.49 for site prep. Since that date, they refuse all contact with my inquiries. I email and call and am told by an administrator that the production manager and even the owner will get back to me. Its like they are aggressively avoiding me. I assume that they won't do the shed this year either. I believe they are in breach of contract and I deserve my money back or that they finish the job before the end of August.
