      Elite Finances robo calls our mental health trauma line and harasses staff with financial scams, knowing they're required to answer the phone. We have recorded 9 calls on Monday and more durring the week. They call on average 25 to 28 times, every3 days. That's 28 human crisis WE DON'T RECEIVE. They create fake stories, invent lies and ask for random names, "I must speak to *******!! This is an personal emergency" " demanding to speak with other staff handling patients and pulling care away from families in actual crisis. They ARE aware of where they are calling and who they're attempting to scam. This is just a sick display of financial desperation. To prey on people in suicidal crisis/ psychiatric trauma, my god....

      January 2023 was first payment from my checking account. The other 6 payments were debited from my Savings account. They will not return any call. None of my loans were getting a payment nothing was resolved. I put a stop pay on the reoccurring auto payments going to this Elite Financial Services, Inc. I spoke to a ***************************** from the start and he was the representive that helped me with all my payments and getting set up to pay off these outstanding loans. I am very upset that nothing was ever paid and I dont know where the money went. I have currently spoke to all the loan companies and not one of them have received a payment. the phone # to the *** is *************. I would like for all my money to get put back into my account returned to me in some way!!! This is very upsetting to find out no one from this company will help me.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

      I also have the proof of when I made my first payment and all 6 of my monthly payments to this company. 

      They never responded to my emails, I also have proof of all my emails. 

       

      I have tried to upload 3 files but unfortunately its telling me the file is to long.

      I have been with Elite approximately 4 years.When I first started they were very responsive.No issues. I have tried to reach them for months.Left numerous messages.I was able to talk to them very few times and they promise to call you back but it never happens.I am almost complete with my program.There is one credit card left and the money is in my Global account. There is enough to cover what I owe. Elite said they would negotiate with the law firm & was even told that I might receive some money back.I am afraid that the law firm is not getting the payment & will issue a default. The amount in my Global account is still the same so obviously they have not been paid.Im trying to move & want to show a zero balance on my credit report.Please help me.This has been going on for months.Im so frustrated & my money is just sitting there. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General.Not bluffing.Im ****** off.If I can find other places to file a complaint, I will.I see that there are similar complaints.I hope that anyone who is experiencing the same problem, to also file a complaint to the *************************

      I became a client of Elite Financial Services in 2021 in order to payoff credit card debt with a settlement. I have been making monthly payments ever since and at the beginning of this process, communication was great. Now all of a sudden, none of my calls are answered and I was told by ******* that I would get a call back from **** but nothing. I have called multiple times to the new number and local number they give me. I have sent multiple emails and still do not get a response. Now i find out that i am being sued by **** of America for credit card debt. I'm not sure if I am being scammed but I need this issue resolved with **** of America or my wages/money and property will be taken from me. I have been making payments to *************** and I need to know what is going on or I need my money back so I can pay **** of America directly!

      This complaint will be a little difficult with me, since all the information regarding the situation was stored in a replaced phone and could not be recovered. I may have emails, but i have thousands of emails since the beginning of this predicament.This company offered me a hardship loan to pay off one big loan, and a smaller loan that were both used to pay for one product. This was in January of this year 2023 (i may be off by a month, give or take). They take roughly $1000 out of my bank account every month. I was told they use this money to settle my debt with the companies that provided me with the loans. There was a website where I could check on their progress, but I no longer remember what that website was (it was saved on my old phone, which is inaccessible). That website was a little vague and I can that actions were made, but it the site didn't realize explain or describe what those anyone were. It appeared that they were paying off the loan with the money they withdrew from my account, however, my credit report shows that I have made no payments towards the loans. I understand that this is a risk taken with the company, but also, the last time they contacted me was after 6 months or so, to let me know I was 6 months into the program, and to offer me a loan to cover their loan. The idea was, this would compete the program, and my credit report would no longer be stained with the apparent non payments. I needed time to think about this apparently limited time offer, as it really made no sense, and this was beginning to feel like a scam. Well it officially feels like a scam bc if you call their office you just get a busy line. There's no email correspondence anymore either. This company has not contacted me since that last call.Also, the complaints already avaliable look very similar to my complaint, and I wonder if anyone has actually finished these programs and gotten actual results. My credit score is so low now.

      I signed up for a debt consolidation account a few years ago with Elite Financial Services to have three credit cards and a student loan serviced. The first few years were fine with communication. However, in the last few months I have been unable to reach anyone regarding the status of my account. A few of the accounts are listed as delinquent/ over 120 days passed due on my credit report that were supposedly supposed to be taken care of and settled by them. Last I heard my account was going to be done and settled in 9 months about 6 months ago. Considering my accounts on my credit report are now late this is effecting my credit score poorly. I am unable to reach anyone at the office regarding this concern but they are still making withdraws from my account. I am concerned for my credit and the large amount of money I have been giving them. Please help me resolve my credit report negativity on the these accounts and assure my money is being handled appropriately. The accounts in question are-Citizens student loan Victorias Secret credit card Chase credit card Discover credit card. I have been working hard to recover my credit but these accounts seem to continue to hurt it

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have been unable to reach the business for two months now to discuss my account but they are still withdrawing $400 a month from me

      Elite Financial Services does not communicate with me to finish the transaction. I have called again and again but either I have to leave a message or their mailbox is full. No calls are returned. Recently, its been a busy signal. I have money in their distribution account with Global that needs to be returned to New Credit America. The loans have been settled according to my creditors. I am being charged monthly by *************** for money that sits in their account with no destination. I also pay NCA for the interest on that amount! I want them to release the money to NCA.

      I cannot reach anyone at the company,and I do not know if my payments are being used to pay off debtors. I have tried to contact them approximately 30 times with no success. Am I being scammed?

      I joined the program in the end of August 2022. I spoke with a representative, who set up my initial acceptance into the program. I have not spoken with anyone else. I have made countless calls and emails. My emails are returned undeliverable, and phone calls are not returned. Global holdings, the third party payment processor, informed me that half of what i have deposited is not in my account. None of my creditors have spoken with anyone at Elite financial. Some of those accounts are now closed, No other option on how to deal with this is available.I am recovering from Cancer treatment. Please help me resolve this issue

      The customer enrolled into a 48 month program in October of 2022. The customer failed to make her first payment in October of 2022 and also failed to make her payment in April of 2023. At the time of enrollment the client was made aware of the term (48 months) and was provided enrollment documents which clearly outline the terms of her debt settlement program. Above and beyond that EFS covered the full enrollment documents with the client before she electronically signed them. We have spoken to the client and agreed to cancel her contract. She was issued a full refund for the amount in her dedicated program account ia ACH to her account.

      I signed up with Elite Financial Services in November, there reps were in continual contact until February. Signing up, there was a few bumps in the road. So to speak. Such as: Getting the proper w/drawl date for me. However they were very attentive and respectful of my needs and issue. Fast forward to April, I have been trying for two weeks to contact someone. I have called, emailed two different employees and left messages on the main bosses voice mail. I was told NOT to make any further payments and or have any contact with my creditors, other than explaining my circumstances and giving them forwarding info for Elite. No one has returned my calls, messages or notifications. Now my mortgage holder (*****) has contacted me regarding my 120 days pass due accts., and my mortgage acct. was not even part of my deal with Elite, and my mortgage/ ***** is in excellent standings. My husband has become very Ill, which has caused us to have medical, travel and lodging expenses. Recognizing this I consolidated my credit cards and two loans. As I did not want to run up my cards for this reason and not be able to pay them. Therefore keeping my (HELOC) and one credit card. I have been notified that my line of credit through my mortgage has been discontinued due to my credit score and multiple accounts 120 days past due! Also my one credit card has been revoked.*** SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY***I can not lose my home, or avoid these additional expenses. As they are medically necessary.
