We enjoyed working with your parents when they reached out for training assistance in order to keep their dog vs surrendering him to a shelter, and did so successfully.
You reached out to us online on Sunday, July 2nd - a day that we are closed, subsequently during a long holiday weekend. You were not given the "run around". Our team was taking a well deserved holiday break which was posted on our social media and business doors. We would have been more than happy to work with you if you had contacted us one, or even two years after purchasing the daycare package that expires after 1 year. Our system also sends out email reminders 30 days from the expiration of your package (sent to you on 1/6/2023 notifying you of the expiration on 2/6/2021) and when pet parents reach out to us, we are happy to extend the expiration date for them. We did not hear from you for 3.5 years. We are sorry to hear about the passing of your father and understand that life happens. That being said, when we didn't hear from you for years your account was deactivated and closed out due to inactivity.
