Great place! They made me feel so comfortable about my decision. ***** was awesome and I even had the pleasure of talking with his supervisor who was equally awesome!! Very knowledgeable folks but what I really liked about it is that they were very honest and gave me all the information I needed to make the best informed decision for myself!

The very first time I called for debt relief I was in a panic mode! Really worried on how I was going to pay my future bills. That's how they feed off of your fear. They wrote up an offer to pay off unsecured debt including the old debt that was about to fall off of my credit report that has been on there for years and not cover over half of the credit cards I have now that I'm currently paying on. They make it sound like a good thing they're doing for you but they're really not. Anyway, I signed the first set of papers and thank God something went wrong and they called me the next day to re-sign a new set which actually took even more credit cards off that I am currently paying on. I'm sure there's some people out there that could really use this help but unless you're absolutely ready to sign your money away for 40 to 44 months or possibly even longer mine was 40, 42, and 44 months on three different proposals they offered me. On the second day after they called me I actually had time to look at the paperwork they sent me and read through all of it. Please don't let them rush you because they thrive on trying to get you immediately signed up with them on the same phone call or should I say the first phone call. Please read your paperwork and then call them back they're not going anywhere. I called my case manager or whatever you call him Crias ******** several times left messages and he never returned my call. I'm not saying don't do debt relief but just do your homework before you do it!!

***************************** was extremely helpful and explained in detail all my options after I described my situation. ****** was very friendly and conveyed no negative judgment while reviewing my case. At the end of the sign-up process, ****** added that I could contact him with any additional questions or concerns I might have, even though he wasn't my main point of contact. Overall this was a great experience, and ****** made it very easy to work with Lendah!
