We just finished our siding project in **********, ** with Coastal and truly couldnt recommend them more. The entire process was organized, timely, and well-communicated. They did a brilliant job with the siding (it looks stunning), and its clear that this is a company that cares about every single aspect of what they do who they are working with, how they are working, customer satisfaction, and their reputation. They left the place/our yard clean and tidy. We really couldnt be happier. If youre reading a negative review, it might be a scam because, from our experience, every step of the way felt like it had a great deal of care and thought behind it. I also want to highlight some of the people who took care of us: ****** (who worked with us to make sure we felt comfortable during the consultation we really loved him!), ***** (who came out at the start of the project and explained everything so clearly even making changes that we wanted with great diligence), and then finally **** who was our go to person once the project started and finished (he is the BEST). We felt so much dedication and care from all these people. Well done Coastal and keep it up!

Like most contractors, youre not just buying a product. Youre buying a service. The service from Coastal Windows has been hands down the worst weve encountered in a long time. We renovated an entire two-family home with dozens of vendors and subcontractors and Coastal is in a completely different league of disappointing. Our project has been plagued with delays, bad (absent) communication, and a horrible product. I wont even call it a finished product, because were still arguing with them to finish the work. Both ********** and ********** have been terrible to work with. I would not recommend them, their products, or any service they offer.

Workers scratched my vehicle they worked next door trespassed on my property and are working in my driveway and refuse to leave they are working on siding for neighbor. They are drinking and smoking on the job. My neighbor I think is paying in *** but I could be wrong just never seen guys hanging with an older lady in her house when they are clearly working on exterior. I cant believe they scratched my new suv. Ive asked several times for them to get off my property and they just laugh.

Just don't.Supply chain issues notwithstanding -- I've had a horrid experience with them. I purchased a sliding glass door with a ********************* from them. There was a delay of about 4 weeks in getting the door, because they don't hold any stock - they need to order it from a supplier. Next was waiting for an install date, which wasn't bad - only a couple of weeks out. The install didn't go as well as I'd hoped. The screen door was either defective off the line, or installed improperly causing it to bow outward. The person that came out to inspect the install attempted to fix it, causing more damage. There was another HUGE issue with the visit, but I didn't know about that until I got a call from the owner of the company a few days later.The screen door finally got reinstalled today. The latch was installed upside-down. The installer *Swears* it was installed properly. Not a chance.I spoke with the owner of the company again to let them know of my never-ending frustrations with my experience.I chose Coastal because they're a local company, and I want to support local businesses.Find another local company to do business with.
