I went on Groupon and purchased services to have my air vent, driver vent and fireplace/chimney cleaned. On February 19,2002 at 11am the company came out to perform the services. My dryer was not drying completely and they said it was because the unit itself was very dirty and dangerous and can cause a fire. They also said that I had a birds nest in the dryer vent. But it was going to cost extra to remove the nest and clean the unit. Of course I told them to go ahead. When they were cleaning the air vents I had noticed all they did was blow air into the air vents like a air compressor. They did not remove the covers at all. All they did was blow air. They had no ladder to get up to my dryer vent outside to remove a nest. I paid them extra for the additional work and footage they said I owed. When they left, my dryer still did not dry properly so I went out and purchased a new unit. The new unit did not dry. I had the company from the new unit come out and inspect it. Come to find out the dryer vents were never cleaned out. In April I called Cleaning experts ************ spoke to **** about all this and he put me on the schedule a month out for 5/12/22. What a surprise when I called to confirm the appointment and there was no appointment on the schedule for that day. I was told the manager *********** was going to call me when he got in at 2pm. And no call back. I called yet again and no answer but left another message. My air vents nor my dryer vent was ever cleaned and I spent $139.95 on 2/1/22 with Groupon and then an additional $415.45 on 2/19/22 .. A total of $555.40 and still no resolution nor a call from anyone to resolve it.
