I purchased two bad bunny concert tickets on April 22, 2021 for a show taking place March 22,2022. Recently I have been dealing with a lot of medical conditions. I received an email about three days or so ago stating that the TD garden is implementing a vaccine requirement to be able to attend events at their venue. I believe it is unfair and unjust to suddenly (two months before the show) create this rule. I am not vaccinated so wouldnt have been able to attend regardless. I am dealing with a lot of medical conditions right now and this is causing a lot of emotional and physical stress since I struggled to pay off those tickets with my hard earned money. I would simply like a refund and have been denied it through email by a representative who said the venue does a no refund policy. I was aware of the no refund policy but the new vaccination policy should ***** the no refund as it is a completely new policy.Customer response

On 12/11/2021 I purchased tickets for a Bruins game scheduled for 1/20/2022. At the time of my purchase the policy was that if you were not vaccinated you had to show a negative test result for covid-19. A week or so after I purchased the tickets the policy was changed to now require vaccination only, and will no longer accept a negative test result starting on 1/14/2022. The person I bought the tickets for along with a few others are not vaccinated. I have tried to contact TD Garden along with Ticketmaster for 3 weeks now. Ticketmaster says that the Garden is not accepting refunds. I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone or even get a response that isn't and automated response. I would either like my money back, or told I can still attend with a negative test result.Initial Complaint

Due to a vaccine mandate that goes into affect 1/15/22 I can no longer is my Boston ******* Season Tickets. Vaccines a Go against my Christian ***** view. I have reached out to ask for a religious exemption and my request has gone unanswered. While the Boston ******* sold the tickets, they are not the ones not allowing me to use them the arena is. That is why my complaint is directed at the Garden.Initial Complaint

I purchased tickets to the ******************************* and *********************** Concert on June 2, 2021. At that time, a mask was not required for the event, and there was no "Health Check" (proof of vaccination or neg covid test result). The event was on October 4th. In ******* TD **** added the mask requirement, and at the end of September, the vaccination and/or neg covid test. I did not agree to those terms, and a TD Garden employee told me Ticketmaster would be able to refund my tickets. Ticketmaster refused to refund my tickets, despite the change of terms without my consent. TD Garden is the entity that required the mask, vaxx/neg covid test. Ticketmaster is the middle man. My family could not attend the concert under these new terms, and sadly missed out on the concert. TD Garden will not assist in getting my money back from Ticketmaster. I lost $300+ on the tickets that we could not attend due to the new terms that I never agreed to.Initial Complaint

I purchased tickets to the ********************* Event at the Boston Garden on March 4th, 2020. Due to COVID, the event was postponed until 2021. On August 27th, just 3 weeks before the event, Laver **************************** announced no one could attend unless they were vaccinated, or could prove a negative COVID test AND masks were to be worn during the entire tournament. I sent 3 emails to Laver Cup immediately letting them know that I was born with a heart condition (tachycardia) & wearing a mask for more than **** min restricts my breathing and triggers my heart into AFib. but never got a response. There was no mention of masks when I bought the *********** shouldn't be penalized for the last minute entrance policy change. I wouldn't have bought the tickets had they mentioned masks. As you can see in the videos from the event, this new policy, which stopped me from coming, wasn't enforced...mask-less people were seen all over the place. Needless to say, I think I deserve a full refund.Customer response

We purchased 2021 Laver Cup tickets through TD Garden account in May, 2021. We also obtained all guidelines of this event through email and their web site. The venue changed their covid-19 in August, 2021 requiring vaccination and negative test results. We could not meet this new guideline and immediately requested refund from ******************* and ticketmaster. However, until now we have never heard from TD Garden and ticketmaster addressing our request. No answers to our phone calls and emails in person. We believe we should be allowed to get refund because TD Garden changed their covid-19 guideline after we purchased the tickets.
