They are currently doing renovations to Boston Schools for the Arts, local bars/pubs in the area and also host music concerts such as: *******************, ***************************, *****************, BTS and more.The size and history of *********** is eventful. With such notable figures as: The Great *****************, on of the greatest baseball pitchers of all time on the Boston Red Sox.They also share rivalries and expeditions games between Boston Red Sox and ******** ******** Boston Red Sox and *************** Boston Red Sox can Phillies.Do not let the rivalries be a factor from going to ****** and enjoy a nice show, baseball game and also the close proximity to ************************, ****** Square ***** *************************** Headquarters bookstore and other eventful family night out activities for the young ones.There are many bars for young (***** crowd) and also the (45++ crowd).Also, this is one of the biggest sites for ************************ that hires workers from all across the state to service the needs of the stadium and event guides.Aramark is one of their biggest employers and as well as ********* and At Your Service, which hires temp employees to work and could eventually lead to full time employment with *********** and the Boston Red Sox Corp.Although, violence (fights, pickpocketing, public drinking masquerade outburst)does happen at many of the sporting events, try to come with a few friends around or a date and you will also have a great time. In 2019 I purchased tickets for the Hella Mega Tour in *********** in *****. Due to Covid the concert was pushed to 2021. We were still planning to attend the concert until boarders closed due to Covid. As soon as we knew that we could not attend, we called Red Sox (who we had purchased the tickets from) to advise and request a refund before the event. The person on the line took our credit card number and advised the refund would appear in 7 to 10 business days. Refund never arrived, we called again, waiting almost an hour to talk to someone and we were told there was no record of our refund request. We requested the refund again and again the person on the line, said we could expect the refund on our card within **** business days. We emailed after not receiving the refund as promised again. No reply. We called again after the event and explained the situation. The person on the line advised us to fill out a form, which was the first time any Red Sox representative had mentioned a form. We filled out the form. After not hearing back again, we called Red Sox a fourth time. They advised that they did not have a record of any of our requests and we filled out the aforementioned form again. Still no refund. We have been calling frequently, waiting over an hour to speak to someone. The last individual we spoke to provided their work email address for communication but was not replying to our follow **** I had to call and wait an hour to speak to someone to ask him to reply to my email. Red Sox representatives have now advised me that they are talking to live nation to get us a refund. We did not purchase our tickets through live nation, we purchased them through Red Sox. After nearly a year Red Sox still has not issue a refund. The BBB only assists with getting refunds on purchases made within 365 days. Credit card companies will only dispute a charge 18 months after purchase. Red Sox has nearly $1000 of my money and has promised to return it, but after a year, has not
