We paid Lofty Built $13,000 to repair home damage from a septic issue. The repair was supposed to last two weeks. We are now 9 weeks in. We have damage to our electrical, furniture, railings, flooring, walls and the company is refusing to provide us an accounting of how much money has been spent. They had to start over and put in writing that any left over materials were being used to fix their own caused damages. We asked for our account info and we were told that they didn't have a record because an employee was fired and items were lost with him. I asked the owner for an itemized list of monies spent and was told that they do not have an open book policy and this was after we were told that we would have left over money available for items insurance wouldn't cover. We need to know that our money is being spent ethically, that our money isn't being used to address their own damages and that our home will be left in GOOD repair, as opposed to the damages we currently have.Business response

This complaint is filed incorrectly towards the wrong company. We are General Pacific LLC dba Lofty Homes. We are a cabinets and flooring materials distributor and do not provide any construction services.

I have attached a screenshot of an email that I received from *****************. This is indeed the correct company. Why are they saying they are not?
