This organization purports to offer notary services to clients, which they outsource to mobile notary providers. It is a scam organization, where the service is provided and Millennium is not paying the vendor. ************************* from mmixl.com contacted me on October 27th, 2023, to request a mobile notary service with a client located in *********** **. Notary signing date: October 28th, 2023. We agreed to a fee (discounted from my normal mobile notary travel and time fee). We also agreed that payment would be provided following the signing of the documents, and my transmittal, via photograph copy & invoice submittal. Photograph copies of notarized documents and my invoice were provided to ************************* and *********************** from mmixl.com, same day, October 28th, 2023, as instructed by *************************. Payment was never sent to me as agreed to. I followed up with **** and *** on several occasions. Via email: November 5th, November 8th, November 17th, November 27th, November 30th, December 5th. Received only one response via email from *********************** dated November 9th: "payment for my invoice is being processed and should be available tomorrow" (this would be November 10th). No payment received. I contacted ************************* via telephone and left a voice mail on November 29th. No response. I contacted *********************** via telephone and left a voice mail on November 30th. Received a return call from *** on November 30th. He initially stated he did not have my emails, but then confirmed he did see the emails and his response. of November 9th. He asked for yet another email with my invoice, which I provided on Nov 30th. No response from either *** or ****. I made one further attempt to contact *********************** by telephone December 5th, and left a voice mail. No return calls, emails or payment has been received. I sent a request via PayPal to *********************** requesting pymt. One final attempt was made on January 11, **** to no avail.
