    Brand new 2021 disco sport was defective off the lot, and has had numerous issues going back years. The lane sensing and computer/radio has been an issue since its first attempt at repair after I bought the car. It has been in the shop for a total of 15 months, and it's a 2021(!), with many attempts to fix its many issues. Parts have gone missing, service advisers fired, and case lost in the shuffle with parts sent back to the distributor. There have been many failed attempts and repairs and more times in the shop then I can remember. Parts have been on back order for months, with no date of delivery or ETA. I have been told it would be fixed many times, and each has been unsuccessful and the repairs actually made the computer/radio problems worse. The service manager, *************************, though has been less than helpful. Over 30 voicemails/texts, Ive gotten him on the phone all of twice in years of dealing with this demon car. I even set up a in person meeting with him and the sales team to get me out of this devil car at a time of his choosing, and show up to find hes out of the office at another site for the day. I set up a phone meeting with him the next day, and radio silence. Finally, I get him on the phone today (the 2nd time by the way) to tell me they replaced yet another part and insist I take the car back, despite telling me they were going to work on getting me numbers to get me out of this lemon 6 months ago. What did they do for six months? Nothing, no calls to upper management or Land Rover ***, nada. Their offer? ************************* will generously give me $2500 trade in value for a 2021 car that Ive put 40k into. Their offer? Put down another 5k, and increase your monthly payments for another 7 years for a used car. So, for the privilege of driving my own ************************* Land Rover for all of 16 months the car has not been in the shop, they want me to take the loss on 38k, and pay another 45k for a used car. AVOID.
