      This company practices deceptive advertising. Not only do they change the price from what is quoted when they come to you, they are aggressive and rude. At this point the tech left water all on the sides of the steps. I had to ask him if he was going to wipe it. The stair runners are so wet right now its like stepping into a water drenched carpet as you walk down the steps. We are concerned for water damage on the wood. We called the company who told us that they would call us back maybe today or tomorrow . We said water was sitting in excess and isnt he going to extract it. She didnt have an answer. We are concerned as its excessive for water damage now. Horrible experience.

      On April 3, 2024 I booked the Certified Green Team to come and clean three carpets, 3 hallway rugs, two recliners and a three pillow sofa. Prior to them coming they sent me the attached quote which I calculated to be $251. (plus taxes etc.) When the technician finished and handed me the bill I almost fell on the floor - $575! When I complained he said their advertisement of three rooms cleaned for $79 only includes wall to wall carpets! And even though there ad said they would clean any three cushion sofa for $79, he said that he needed to deep clean everything that's why the cost was higher than the quote. The pulled a bait and switch on me. I shouldn't have paid the bill at the time but I was so upset that I did. I also think they were discriminating against me and my wife because we are gay senior citizens.

      Ordered carpet cleaning. Obtained appointment between 1 and 3 p.m. Tech arrived at 5 p.m. Came into my house, sprayed water and something that smelled on my carpet and packed up his stuff. My carpet was not cleaned at all. This company has no known address, they do not return phone calls when customers complain. I should have checked YELP before I booked them because everyone was wanting their money back and they even ruined some people's furniture and carpets.

      4/1/2024 we had a technician from "certified geen team" come to do a dryer vent cleaning. The website advertizes $79 for a dryer vent cleaning up to 5' in length. on the phone they confirmed that this service covered all lint removal, and only price increase woudl be for longer duct (we fall under the 5' length) and if there were foreign objects inside. Upon arrival the technician told us that a "deep vent cleaning" would be required and charged an outrageous $444 for 30 minutes of work. He used no special tools or methods, only had to scrape some of the lint with a tool - a service that the phone sales team told us would be included with the $79 quote. When finished he didn't even put back the dryer or replace the outside vent cover.We were charged $444 when we only recieved the originally quoted $79 service, and want a refund of the difference.

      Certified Green Team was called to assist us in cleaning up from a water clean up from 4of torrential rain that our sump pump could not keep up with and caused the water to seep out of our basement apartment floors! After seeing them not even come with water vacs and only fans and dehumidifier, I knew something was wrong!All they did was bring 3 fans and one dehumidifier sprayed a chemical and left and said they would be back in 3 days to pick it up! They required a deposit of $625 which I paid! But, Certified Green took out EVERYTHING ON THE SAME DAY!!! ALL $2600!!Thats when I decided to tell them to take off the chemical application off the contract! I notified them in writing of my request!!During those three days I had a seizure and was rushed to the hospital! Certified Green Team had my wife sign the contract that the work was completed and came to pick up all of while i was at the hospital when it was not!!!They picked up the equipment when we were not even home!!!NO ANTIMODIAL TREATMENT WAS APPLIED I WANT A REFUND OF THE $750 plus the extra $75.41 taking out of our account OVER THE $2600 contract total given!

      I requested a quote from this company for dryer cleaning. They upsold me an air duct and dryer vent cleaning service. After completing the service, I have called twice to speak to a manager based on damages caused to my property and failure to provide the proper service I paid for. The technician that came out to my home broke the dryer vent cover on the outside of the property causing me to pay to replace it. The technician also blew the fuse in my kitchen and didn't tell me about either issue prior to leaving. I found them after the fact and contacted the company immediately on 2/6/24. I was told a manager would call me back in ***** hours but they have not. A couple days later upon the first use of my dryer since the "cleaning" it was saying check vent and alarming. I also smelled a damp musty smell inside the home. After taking my dryer apart and running it again, it was still saying the same thing. I went outside to check the dryer vent and a half grocery bag of lint and debris was stuck in it fully clogging the vent. The technician simply pushed everything into the pipe towards the house causing a clog that was later dislodged by myself. This is not how you properly clean a dryer vent. I also looked in my air ducts and they are still filled with dust and debris. I would like a full refund for failure to deliver the service agreed upon. They cashed my check and refuse to contact me back since. They keep telling me a manager will contact me and then they do not.

      These people ARE SKETCHY!!!!! They gave me a $79 flat fee for drier vent cleaning. Their ads are misguiding and misinformative. Then $79 turned out to be just their inspection and blowing fee which is not stated. I did a better job with my own air blower. Their tech guy gave me three different prices for deep-cleaning. If I accepted the deep cleaning he said he would have charged only $250... Then the fee jumped to $400 and $600. These people are scammers and VERY VERY VERY SKETCHY! I felt unsafe with their technician. Also the tech did not even accept debit or credit card. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

      On our advertisement we do offer a general maintenance cleaning for $79 for a standard configuration dryer vent.
      This was explained on the phone on a recorded call with one of our representatives. We also made sure to point out anything that is not a standard configuration or repairs needed would be additional cost.
      This is all explained again prior to service and after we do an inspection of the dryer vent input and exhaust.
      Technician did mention that the standard service would not be enough and offered an upgraded service.

      Customer chose to only do the promotional pricing and was charged $10 less than what was on our advertisement.
      Customer did call to complain about the technician and we offered to come back for the upgraded service (with difference in charge) or come back with a redo fee of $49 per on our contracts.

      Customer didn't want a technician to come back or attempt to resolve it with us. At this time there is no resolution we can give this customer.

      I am filing a complaint against Certified Green Team. *************). We had them come to clean our chimney and they told us we needed a chimney cap. We scheduled an appointment with them and they rescheduled on us 3 times, cancelling day of when my husband had already taken off of work to wait for them to arrive. When they finally installed a chimney cap, it blew off the next day. We called and they send out another technician a few days later who told us he was so sorry, the first technician didn't work for them anymore and didn't know what he was doing. Then he re-installed the chimney cap, told us it would never come off again because it was cemented on, and it blew off within a week of installing. Also just as a note of how unprofessional the company is, the first time they came out to put on the cap, they didn't have a ladder high enough to reach the chimney, and had to leave to go get one and then come back. I have called the company to try to speak with a manager and they've assured me someone would call me back, but no one ever does. I've called them so many times they have blocked my phone number and I have to call from a different cell phone to get anyone to answer my call. They seem like a total scam to me! We've paid $825 for chimney cap and waterproofing + $101.87 for Chimney Cleaning, plus my husband missed 3 days of work waiting around for them to show up to the appointments they rescheduled.

      On Oct 2, 2023, I contracted Certified Green Team to provide a chimney cleaning. When scheduling the appointment by phone, I was told the total cost would be $99 for an inspection (which had to be done prior to cleaning), and the cleaning itself. The only extra cost would be if repairs were needed. The technician arrived in a minivan with no ladder. I asked how they do the inspection with no ladder, and he told me they do it all from inside. He looked up the chimney with the light on his cellphone and said I needed a "Deep Clean", and the cost is $500. I told him that's not what they told me at the office. He lowered his price to $380, and I agreed to pay that for the "deep clean". He disconnected a pipe from the back of a coal stove and asked me for a trash bag to catch the soot. I provided him with a bag and he ran a brush up the stove pipe. He never cleaned the chimney, nor provided a chimney inspection. He didn't have the tools or tape with him to reconnect the stove pipe. He said my tape was no good and said I needed to buy wider tape. The cleaning that was included in the $99, according to the technician, was vacuuming the inside of the fireplace after the cleaning. I called the company requesting a refund and was told, "We aren't set up to do refunds". I have called 3 times requesting a manager to contact me. This company won't address my concerns or return my calls. I have not been able to use the coal stove since this visit. I'm replacing the coal stove with a gas fireplace in Dec, and have to pay another company for chimney inspection because this one was not accomplished. I only have expensive electric heat for now.All my communication with the technician was through a translator app on my phone. He only spoke Hebrew. I don't have a problem with that, but it's frustrating trying to explain something in detail on the app. I feel I am a victim of bait and switch; agreeing to pay $99 for a service, then being charged $500 for the job.

      I have a receipt for ****** but was charged ******. I gave ****** & the tech told me he broke the ash dump door. So I was distracted he showed me what he broke & told me I had to pay to fix it. ****** for it to be cemented in or ****** for a new ash dump door. I told him it was not broken when he got there. He said well it happens so you can either pay for it to be fixed or Ill leave it . I told him I couldnt afford ****** & if he cemented it in I couldnt clean it unless I broke a hole in the wall. His answer was well you dont have to clean it again for another few yrs anyway. I called the company 4 times complaining with little response. No real answers just the secretary saying she would call the boss. Then the boss said I have the same invoice as you for ****** he said he would talk to the tech & call me back. Then I called again the secretary said she would call the boss again & instead the tech called ****** told him I dnt want to talk to him. I called back the main number again gave all my info again & got hung up on. I called right back the secretary asked the same questions Id been answering half the day. Then she tells me a invoice says ****** & their is no mention of the damaged door. I told her obviously the invoice was changed & wrong & how I had told the secretarys & the boss every time I called about the broken door. The secretary said she would have the boss call me again that I should get a call within the next few min. No one called at all & Im so frustrated & upset I dnt know what else to do. I need help please
