      Was unable to ****** 'subscription' because their site showed 'no active subscriptions for my account'.Ordered product and trial membership for Beam product in December 2024. Product was delivered and fine, but I decided I did not want further shipments (cost was high).On January 5th Beam emailed me a notice of an upcoming order on Jan 10. I went back to my open tab logged in to their site to cancel the subscription. The status they showed was no open orders or subscriptions, so there was nothing to cancel and no means to do so. On Jan 10 they sent me an emaiI thanking me for my order. On Jan 12 I went back to the open session which still showed no subscriptions. I took screen shots of this, time displayed on shot as 10:33pm. Thinking it was a slam-scam, I logged out and back in at 10:41pm (verified by timestamped email). They then showed a pending order and subscription! I tried to remove my ******** but their interface would not allow me to delete it (email verified at 10:48pm). So I canceled the subscription (timestamped email 10:52pm). I also wrote them an explanation of all this through their site that night, though I don't a screen shot of that. On Jan 13 I got a 'packed and ready' email from them. On Jan 15 I got a 'just shipped' email. On Feb 5, I worked with their chat interface *** to cancel the charge (as I regard this as an unsolicited shipment). They gave me the option of shipping it back at my expense and inconvenience for a refund. So I'm irritated enough at getting the run-around that I am logging this complaint--my first ever.

      On Dec 6 2024, I canceled my subscription to beam because their product made me ill.On Dec 7, the company took $74.46 out of my bank account. On Dec 11, I received an email stating they had shipped my order.I never placed an order after I canceled. Not only did they say they were sending what I had ordered originally but added on a $35 item.Attached you will see my request to cancel approval letter You will also see that the company sent me a supposed record of the activity. If the company had legitimately sent the items when they said why did it take a week for a tracking number?And what gave them the right to add to the order that I didn't place?

      I followed the company instructions to cancel my subscription several days prior to the next mailing date. They sent it anyway. I was charged $177.53. I contacted the company who ultimately agreed to send a shipping label so I could return the product. They have not sent the free shipping label and are intentionally delaying so that I am past the 30 day return window.

      Received a bag of Core powder and frother from Beam company, was charged $22.08 on credit card. Never ordered this. Tried to call Beam. No one answered except music began playing and continued for 4 min until call ended. Same thing when I tried again and again. Im afraid this is also a fake subscription, so Ill have to alert my credit card company. People need to Beware of this company! BBB please look into them. Thank you.

      Order S-****** placed 6/16, attempted to cancel, the vendor refused to cancel the order claiming it was immediately processed and shipped. It's now 2 days later, the item still has not shipped, yet the vendor still refuses to cancel. This is an unacceptable and deceptive business practice. If this shipment ships at this point, it will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender. Any charges that get charged for this fiasco will be disputed. A formal complaint is now submitted with the BBB.

      I had a subscription with beam, $68 per month for a pack of hot chocolate in a flavor I choose.-Subscription stated I chose Chocolate Covered Strawberry -Order confirmation email received 3/28/24 stated I would be receiving Chocolate Covered Strawberry -No communication or messages on my profile stated this flavor was out of stock -Order delivered 4/1/24, flavor received is Cinnamon, which I have never ordered and will not drink *************************** 4/1/24 to request refund or exchange; response stated when limited edition flavors are out of stock, they automatically send the standard flavor -This is not the first time I've had this issue and there is no "standard flavor" because the last time it was not the cinnamon.-Started new case with CS, same person responded."1. We can issue you a refund of $20 and allow you to keep the product at this discounted rate.2. You are welcome to return the unopened product to us as long as it is within 30 days of the order date, for a refund.Should you choose option 2, please see the return information below:You are welcome to return unopened product to us for a refund as long as we receive it within 30 days of your order date. We are unfortunately not able to refund shipping costs for returns at this time. Please note- there is a $10 restocking fee per item."So for an item I never consented to purchasing, I have been charged $68 and my only options are to receive $20 or to pay for shipping and a $10 restocking fee to return it for a "full" refund.I have cancelled my subscription and demanded a refund of the full $68 or to be sent a flavor I choose. I suspect they will not be helpful so I'm not wasting time.

      I purchased beam sleep powder. The ingredients on the website are inaccurate. I am allergic to one of the ingredients. I have asked to return and beam would not return instead they said they would issue me a partial refund of $20. I then got a refund of $2.00 not $20. I have been contacting beam customer support multiple times and social media and I havent heard anything back.

      I did not receive a notification prior to the shipment being charged and shipped. When I reached out they said that I could keep the product and they would give me a $20 refund, or I could return it within 30 days of the ***** date, and they would refund minus return shipping and. $10 restocking fee. This is not the first time I have had issues with no notifications being sent, and in prior instances I just let it go. Its frustrating to sign up for a subscription that will not send notifications before charging you and sending the products.

      Ordered 2 different flavor sleep products and signed up for subscription. Received the 2 items and didnt like how they made me feel and the taste. Cancelled subscription on 12/5/2023. Received a confirmation email. Received one flavor on 2/8/3024. Contacted the company with why this was delivered because I had cancelled my subscription. They confirmed my cancellation but claimed it was for just 1 flavor. This was not clear on their webpage or in the cancellation email. I may return it for a $10 restocking fee which is laughable. I will return my unopened package yet want a full refund.

      The date of the transaction occurred on 12/05/2023.I ordered a package and it was not delivered.The company stated they sent the package twice but I did not receive it.I then asked for a refund, but the company spokesman mentioned the company does not give refunds.I then gave them an alternate address, but they would not deliver any more items to me.The alternate address is:*********************** c/o ****** apartments office - ***** *************************************************************************** According to the postal service the item was delivered twice - but as mentioned above I did not receive anything from this company.The tracking numbers from the postal service are ********************** and 9400111898522480117515,The email address of the company is ************************************ person who I had communicated with was ****.
