I had a reservation from8/26 -8/30 on 182 bedrooms near fendeay and downtown. They rented me **************************** room #5. They confirmed my reservation and tell me main entrance door has a code and so each bedroom. When I got there there were people coming in and out of the place as it was a public place and also when I open our room there was a person sleeping in one of the bedrooms and luggage all over the beds and clothes scattered all over the room. I was calling the renter directly ******************************* at ************** and to today she has not taken my calls ni returning my calls I need her to give me my refund since I have to find in the middle of the night for another place to stay. Got this confirmation msage:You just got a new message from 182 Bedrooms near Fenway & Dowtown Property's message:mime-attachment.pngThanks for booking with **.The address ***************************************** check in is after 6 pm. Early Check in is no Available - Check out between 8 am to 9 am.Late Check out is available Fee 25$ with prior coordination.Late Check out : 3 PM -The Principal door has smart lock Code Door : **** -Room5:6005#Wifi Information.Username : Estefan Password: ********** I pay483.38 when reservation was made on June 18, and send a payment for ***** to add daughter for two days (spoke to estefania) on august 14 send via ZelleCustomer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. Also thru booking.con I added a complaint and she has not answer to them eitherInitial Complaint

Good day!We booked a place to stay when visiting ****** thru the booking.com. We looked at the property pictures and the place was confirmed to accommodate 3 adults. When we arrived the property it was no where like the pictures provided. The sheets were torn. It was single bed with worn out mattress under the bed, which did not have the sheets. The window was broken and did not have curtain (infact was covered by a sheet). No A/C and there were lot of rodents. Very unsafe place to be in. 2 of us got rashes. We called the owner, but they did not respond. We texted them, they did not respond. We had to look for another accommodation in the middle of the night.We reached out to Booking.com for help to get refund. No help there and even till today there is no response from the property owner. We need help pleaseCustomer response
