I purchased a cleaning service on 01/30/2023 for a home cleaning service for $169.15 on 2/24/2023 at 8:00AM. Metro Maid texted to confirm my appointment the day before. On 02/24/2023 Metro Maid failed to show up. I reached out to reschedule a cleaning service and it was booked for 03/16/2023 at 10:00AM. I called Metro Maid on 03/15/2023 to confirm my rescheduled appointment and was told that ****** team of two were on the schedule for the next day; I also received a confirmation text from Metro Maid prior to my rescheduled appointment. Today, Thursday, 03/16/2023 Metro Maid again failed to show up for this appointment without reaching out to let me no, explain, or apologize for the inconvenience. I have since tried to contact Metro Maids but have not been successful.Business response
