I purchased 2 tickets to a concert, ***************************, on April 13, 2023. I ordered using an Artist Pre-Sale code the day before the tix went on sale to the general public. I specifically chose my seats, 2 front row seats, according to my wife and my health and safety concerns, along with our desire to have good seats. We could have chosen from nearly any seat in the entire theater at this time. This is what we wanted and purchased as soon as possible. On July 12, 6 days prior to the July 18, 2023 concert, we received an email from Ticketmaster telling us our seats were no longer available and we were being assigned 2 new seats. The email stated if we were not happy we could get a refund instead. I looked at the new seats and they were no longer in the front row, instead back further in the middle of a crowded section. I never would have purchased these seats. I immediately contacted both Ticketmaster and Crossroads LLC. Crossroads (MGM Fenway) returned my call only to explain there was nothing they could do, these were going to be my new seats. I explained I would not have purchased these. I was told once the show started I could explain to an ***** what had happened and see if they could move us to better seats. The funny thing is, there were still ************************************************************* to. They actually had comparable seats, but instead put me in seats I can not use. I said I wanted the refund Ticketmaster offered in the initial email, which I have. I contacted Ticketmaster who told me despite the email, the Venue, Crossroads / MGM Fenway would not refund my money, I was stuck with the seats.This is nothing more than simple bait and switch. I had been excited to see this new venue and one of my favorite artists. Instead I have been scammed out of the prefered seats I bought and paid for months ago and assigned seats I cannot use. I want a refund for this.I have a screenshot of all the remaining seats that were available when mine were moved
