Their services ****. They lie. I have been having issues with this company because I experienced terrible pain with my teeth and swollen gums. They told me my insurance would cover it. When I tried to use it with my dentist, I was told it was only for teeth cleaning. I contacted Dental.Quest to cancel my account. Instead their incompetent ***** keep.sending me bills. I will not pay them a **** dime because they lie to potential customers for ******************** that they can't use.Review from Elena H

Hello-The main phone number *************** is not working x weeks- saying outside business working hours and d/c call or put on hold for hours. Called ****/CEO office- was advised that someone from cust service will call - they did/asked questions and asked to look at the main line.Called the main cust/member line today ( 6-12-24) and its the same voice message. Called CEO office/spoke w/**** and she said that someone will call from the cust service.....********* A called and gave me two nus to use and not to call the main nu/still the same voice messae *************** - given by ******** A and called its a providers line ot ? aasking for npi/tax id **************** - given by ******************** also - promotion line for ???? for -Thank you,Please fix the main cust line and call me ASAP ... when its fixed Thank you,Review from Donna C

I have DentaQuest through my ******** advantage plan, WellCare. DentaQuest is by far the WORST dental insurance I have ever dealt with. I have to date five reference numbers and names of customer service personnel. Not one of the customer service reps have told me the truth. Each one insists that the providers they have given me accepts this insurance and they have not updated their system. I guess the 65 dental offices I have phoned does not have a clue how to update their systems. Believe me DentaQuest customer service is horrible. I am waiting on a call that was put in as emergency care needed for Endodontics ********* days now, what a joke this place is.Review from Bwanna J

Before I changed insurance policies, I contacted them to insure my dentist was covered. They assured me that he was. However, my dentist was not covered, so DentaQuest provided me with a list of ************** my area. (9 cities)I called all 38 dentists, and none of them accepted my insurance. I contacted dentists in nine different cities. Some of them told me DentalQuest did not pay their bills when submitted by the dentist.Review from Leslie H

I have been calling Denatquest for the past 3 weeks... Every time I call to try to find a dentist in ************ they send me a list of providers via email. I also ask them every time if the providers that are listed accepting Dentaquest ******** for adults over 40.. The response from every single one of the dentaquest representatives is " yes" . So I have called over 45 providers... they all have said no. This is unacceptable. Why am I being lied to over and over again. I would NOT recommend this insurance to my worst enemy.Review from Joshua S

The simple fact that this insurance company only allows payments for minors (under 18 y.o.) via check or money order is lunacy. Further, only adults (18 y.o. and older) can have access to accounts online. I selected this insurance for my newborn and when bills started coming I had absolutely no ability to look into anything as I was not the "account holder" (ie. my newborn son). On a positive note, after 3 months of trying to find a way to have some control over my son's account, I was able to get the money owed expunged.Review from DLG D

They paid my dentist in full in August 2023, I have still not received my dentures Feb 20,2024. This is ******** money! Where are my dentures????Review from Mimi J

Cant pay bill on system for two accounts they dont payment over the phone, my policy went into effective and cancelled the same day. They told me to make a payment to reactivate the account I let some time pass and called back they received the payment but didnt reactivate the account they just held my money. This place is a sham.
