I placed multiple different orders for Proxasbrush refills on Kleenteeth's website on 6-23-2022. One of the orders, Proxabrush Moderate Refills #*** - Tapered - 8 Pack, is being advertised as $6.99 for 8 packs. However, I received only 1 pack instead of 8 packs. I tried to contact and give them a chance to correct the mistake but they chose to ignore it. I am tired and frustrated to deal with it. All I want is to return all the purchases back to them. I wonder who is going to pay for the cost of shipping back? Since this is not my fault! They didn't honor what they advertised on their website. I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have never received any direct contact from the merchant, since I sent them an email on 7-05-2022 regarding the Proxabrush that I received only one pack instead of eight packs as described on their website. I gave them a chance to explain or correct their mistake, but they chose to ignore it. It is a bait and switch! Is there a way you can hold of them?
