Giving a 1 star is much to generous. I ordered an item I corrected my address to reflect my new one. My order was delivered to my old address which is in another State. When speaking with the customer service **** who hung up on me! Then speaking to 2 supervisors who would not accept responsibility that their computer system had not corrected my address would not do anything to help get me my product. The name on the package was not even mine and they could not explain that but still was saying it was my error. This was absolutely the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. The supervisor's where not professional or kind.. Beware when buying from Wayfair.Review from Pamela F

Wayfair used to be fantastic but they have slipped. **************** is a joke, products appear to be discontinued, or s3conds, or repairs and resell. You can get no refund unless it's 48 hours and produc5 is NOT OPENED.Stay clearReview from marie c

I give Wayfair zero stars. I purchased 2 very dangerous roaster pans from them. they were an open box price so I am out the money total $53.58 plus tax. I am convienced they are selling this product because it has been discontinued. I cound not see the problem until the pans were received. Wayfair could make it right by giving me a credit for something else.Stick with Amazon or ************** They are good companies and work well with persons with disabilities.Wayfair, LLC Response

I ordered a sofa from wayfair, was given a delivery day, they never arrived. I called and was met with attitude. Delivery was rescheduled for today - the sofa arrived very damaged, the drivers were instructed to take it back, I was given no information. I have called several time for any information. I was told to wait for someone to email me with a resolution, which will be after 72 hours! Meanwhile I already paid for this sofa! Purchased 2 LaZboy recliners from Wayfair 3/23/23. At just a year old the fabric on both chairs started wearing away. About 2 weeks later, one recliner started making loud snaping noises like the wood frame was giving way. About a week after that jthe second recliner started snapping and making loud noises. Wayfair states not their problem due to it being over 30 days since purchased. Wayfair gave me the phone number to LaZboy. They gave me the run-around and they will not do anything about the recliners due to it being a year old. Beware of Wayfair and purchasing any LaZboy product from Wayfair. If something goes wrong with the product, they will do nothing to fix it.Wayfair, LLC Response

Horrible site as you can't even check out as a guest, but MUST create an account. Sent the "resend code" which was to go to my email to complete setting up the account and after 30 minutes, never received. And could NOT get a person. one the phone to assist or just order for me. Will find another product from someone else. Not a good first time experience trying to order from them.Wayfair, LLC Response

i don't even want to give them a star at all. -- Don't buy ANYTHING from wayfair so disappointed and angry! We bought a pool, Instructions are terrible, parts are wrong and don't fit. It has been such a process to even get this setup, First one of the ladder parts was not correct and did not fit so I called to get that fixed. Wayfair said they will send out a new ladder got an email to confirm it was ordered, but no email with tracking info . I called back a few days later because had a problem with the hoses from the filter they dont fit and instructions are terrible. So when on this call that is when I found out I won't be getting any replacements, because parts are longer available. If I had not called, I would still be waiting for the shipment of the ladder. So the solution from Wayfair was to go to the hardware store to buy parts needed for the filter and buy a new ladder and they will help reimburse for that I called the supervisor rep that gave me a call back for this and NEVER GOT A CALL BACK! So how am I suppose to get credit for items I bought. They told me in the meantime i will send video's for help with instructions. I am still waiting for those!!! The other solution to this was a refund we will send someone out to pick up the pool, but 'MAKE SURE IT IS EMPTY " what is that comment for who would say this or even leave it filled? Called back again on status and they told me there is nothing they can do, they are no sold out, we can give you a $60. Credit, if I take the credit they will cancel the replacement orders. I mean ladders alone are over $150. They sell them and wouldnt even offer that as a solution. So buyer be beware! I have called numerous times after and all they do is LIE!!!! **************** people are RUDE, NO EMPTHY, DONT CARE AND ALL LIARS!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I learned the hard way, but will not support or buy anything from them again. They **** and I hope they close!Wayfair, LLC Response

I bought some items from this company a while ago, and it was my first and last time buying from them. I bought beds for my children, but the pictures I saw were different from what was advertised on their website. Very week beds were delivered to us, the material of the beds or the wood had black dots and shrank. When I called, they told me to take pictures of the defects and the wormholes in the wood, and then we would send them to the manufacturer. I did, but they didn't get back to me after I sent them the information they wanted. I thought every company, like Amazon or ******** owned its own words.Wayfair, LLC Response

Unhappy with customer service. I ordered a specific brand and received something else. The customer service agent was rude and did not waive the shipping fee even though it was Wayfair's error. Awful customer service and false advertising.Wayfair, LLC Response
